For some reason I thought you were definitely going to say Kabukimon when you started talking about Renamon and I think it would work really well too. Maybe something like Renamon - Kabukimon - Lilamon - Ceresmon M? I was originally thinking Blossomon for the ultimate but it kind of loses a lot of the Renamon line's inherent grace.

Never thought of Calumom possibly having an Alphamon line evolution before, but with the similar colors as Dorumon and his champion I can see it now. Nice idea and same for the Lopmon going Black Gargomon route too.
Imagine Ryu's Cyberdramon going to Darkdramon, Leomon becoming a Bancholeomon, and then we get Chaosmon.
Now that I think of it, Before going with the Nightmare-Inducing D-Reaper Arc, the Backstory involving the 'Monster Makers' Group and Yamaki's Digital Defence Organization did seem to imply a Storyline involving 'CodeName: BAN-TYO', from its Background Appearances in Data Screens in Different Scenes - 'CodeName: BAN-TYO' is Now commonly Referred to as BanchoLeomon, and would clearly have Digivolved from Jeri's Leomon, had it not Perished. The Fact that BanchoLeomon and Darkdramon were also Revealed around the Time Digimon Tamers Aired would Suggest that the Two were Originally Created to become Involved in the Tamers Story, before the Idea of Leomon's Death triggering both the Dark Digivolution to Megiddramon and Jeri's Infection by the D-Reaper Program, along with a Limited Season Length pushed the Plotline Out - it would've probably lead to the Chaosmon Fusion later on, again Requiring the Unfortunate Deletion of Jeri's Partner, and could've still Tied In to the D-Reaper Arc had there been Enough Backing by Toei...

I've always loved the idea of Terriermon to Siesamon - they're both dogs with a horn on their heads!
That would be so cool if Andromon did come from meramon. Maybe the fire man creature trying to turn back into a human via mechanical infirmary parts. From that maybe turning even more into a "more human" digimon.
I was kind of expecting for the alternate, more... fleshy focused Andromon prevo to be Raremon. I've been into it lately as a prevo for more cybernetic digimon since it's falling apart and being held together by metal parts and circuits.

The impmon to Shoeshoemon is my favourite XD I would lean Pumpmon more since it keeps the 'small trickster' vibe going through the line more though XD
And the toy revolver gun turning into the Revolver Hammer is such a cool image too XD Or give it a Pinochimon Shot Mode with a 'toy rifle' for his redeption XD

I thought about that very same lopmon line a while ago, just without a mega. It just fits.
Just realized that the Zero Unit is probably something meant to contain the Digital Hazard, which is why Gallantmon/Dukemon has it on his shield. They're incredibly similar too, with the center triable being in the same orientation for both symbols and the outer three just sliding to the opposite sides

Great video as always, really love that Guilmon still ultimately becomes a Royal Knight, albeit in this case the leader. I can't remember if you've done it but it would be interesting to do a custom art video focusing on if the various shows' Digimon evolved differently. I don't just bring it up because I love custom art but also because there is a recurring theme of "Bandai didn't make enough or any of X kind of Digimon at X level".

If you wanted to continue with the whole ninja line idea with Renamon/Shurimon idea, you could also go into Karatenmon and then you have the opportunity to go Ravemon. Mind you, you do loose the green-center piece thorough-line. I do like Leomon; it'd make sense too.
Impmon's probably the most interesting one since there's a whole bunch of options that it typically gets, that could branch off of. Weirdly, my recent DMing of a Digimon themed D&D campaign had somebody forgo all of the traditional Impmon routes and go Impmon > Saberdramon > Velgrmon > Beelzemon Blast Mode, forgoing the entirety of regular Beelzemon and going straight into the Blast Mode stage.

Nice ideas, I like to see another video on Digimon Survive evolution routes for Digimon like coronation and Monodramon.
Guilmon loves digging so I like the idea of Guilmon becoming a Drimogemon. Or his baby form becoming Bacomon because of the first episode where Takato hid Guilmon in a box
These were some good choices I could see Guilmon digivolve Dorugamon or Tyranomon both are red Lizards then to Dorugreymon and then to Alphamon I could see Renamon digivolve into Reppamon then to Kyuumon then to either Bloomlordmon or Fujinmon I could see Impmon going to Shoeshoemon then to Pandamon who also has a red Scarf and then to Puppetmon and I could see Leomon digivolve into JägerLoweemon then to ancientsphinxmon referimg Jeri’s darkPast but she still holds her onto the light.

The Impmon to Puppetmon line also works well thematically with how Ai and Mako treated him like a toy. He goes from resenting their relationship to becoming stronger because of it

I love the food theme for Lopmon. Hearing the name Kokomon over and over again in the Digimon movie made me wonder if I was missing a food theme element for Wendigomon? Finally rewarded for being confused at a young age.

Wait, why not Pandamon for Impmon? He has the scarf. The Guilmon one is really good. Especially if we use Guilmon X. I have this conspiracy theory that there's some sort of connection between the X-Antibody and the digital hazard.
I realized dorumon could completely swap out for guilmon, with the megidramon equivalent being something like dexdorugoramon and alphamon as the biomerge, but what REALLY sold this idea for me was replacing grani with ouryumon, and replacing crimson mode with ouryuken.

I think Renamon's leaves are supposed to be like the leaves from animal crossing and on tanukis in pop culture and folklore. Kitsune have them too I think. I love the idea of that attack evolving her into Shurimon and leaf Digimon.

You have the right idea for Guilmon using Alphamon's evolution line, especially since Dorumon's digicore has the embodiment of a dragon, and Takato going off alone when his rage is centerstage is accurate, since he needs more handling on his emotions.
For Kenta, I probably would have given him another digimon partner all together, and here are my picks:
Gaomon-Gaogamon-MachGaogamon-MirageGaogamon-MirageGaogamon Mirage Mode(Burst)- Simply put, its that yin/yang dynamic, and Kenta wouldn't be Kazu's wingman, as well as him being tolerated much more by a certain Digimon Queen.
Kudamon evolution line- This goes into the holy beast stuff, with Kenta having the heart of a knight.
Dorumon-Dynasmon X- Simply put, Kenta for me at least shares alot in common with Takato, so I can see Kenta being chivalrous, especially if a certain Digimon Queen is in a foul mood.

Hey Karn creat video and this video actually gave me some thought and well have you ever notice that Tapirmon shares some similarities with Sethmon i noticed a bit ago after watching your video not only did i notice the two have similar tusk and head piece of course Tapirmon's is made of pure metal but you get my point i think this would be an awesome line from Sethmon to Sagittarimon to Suijinmon it would be a pretty badass line i think

The andromon becoming meramon I really like cause it takes me back to the og card game, and having meramon digivolve into Boltmon. Andromon being the connector makes me think even more of Frankenstein’s monster
In all fairness, Impmon's cheeky trickster attitude mostly stemmed from the fact that he couldn't compete directly with the other Digimon who were capable of digivolving. He didn't have any reason to be so indirect after he became Beelzemon, especially after he fixed his relationship with his tamers.
Hey Karn!! Some interesting video ideas for you. What if the Adventure 1 digimon received burst mode? What if the Adventure 1 mega digimon had beast/human forms? Like Seraphimon to Goldramon or Ophanimon to Magnadramon, etc...
No no, you’re not crazy. Kokomon invites you to think of candy. Lopmon is chocolate-colored and has candy pink accents. Going to Shortmon is a cute idea that I really like.

excellent Monster Monday, curious about what does the smiley symbol mean? I would love to see some cool lore behind it, even if its made up and results in some cool fanart. Excellent lines would love one of them to show up in a show at some point
I could see the smiley being a sort of "unit emblem," for lack of a better way of putting it. Something to symbolise the members of some bizarrely eclectic group of Digimon, not totally unlike the Bancho outfit but less intrusive to the design. (Not intended as an insult, just pointing out that the outfit is half of the design...)
Also, not going to lie and say that what's likely a street gang style group (again, there's probably a better way of putting it, but I have no clue what it is) having an identifying mark on them when the actual military unit (the D-Brigade) (as far as I know) don't, doesn't make me laugh myself sick.
"Beelzemon has always been a 'fall to darkness, rise to the light'" had me think that, after Beelzemon tried to save Jeri, he slides into Anubismon and tries to give Leomon back, even if it's just an egg. "I can't force her to accept me, even if I believe I'm trying to help her, but I can try to fix what I've broken". An ultimate for this Anubismon specifically could even be Indramon, to show that he's not only grown as himself, it can show that he'll be better than others after the Indramon they met belittled him. Mayyyyybe Madleomon as a champion, some remnant of Leomon data still left in him. Impmon can still be a joker, just gets more serious when he evolves, kinda like Goku before vs during a fight.

I give Cyberdramon Slaydramon as his purified form.
Gallantmon has the Zero Unit on his shield as well.
An Andromon pre-Evo that works visually much better than you may think at first is Coelamon, their colours match, it's armored and fleshy underneath the scales, it can work!

Honestly I really love the Guilmon line you made up although personally I think still going with Growlmon could work and then going to Dourgreymon to Alphamon given the color consistency. Although it really also just makes it clear Dorumon works as a rookie alongside the tamers in terms of design. Also Impmon to Puppetmon would be a cute idea since in OG adventure it had the potential to redeem but was to caught up in it's own childish uncaring nature to really do so. So Impmon doing so would be a nice call back to it. ALSO OMG that new Squirrel Digimon is so perfect for a character I have been trying to give a partner to! Her character is based around a squirrel so it works perfectly!
This is such a fun concept for videos, I'd love to see you do a similar thing with frontier, I think there's a lot of fun to be had with that season through changing stuff like the metal spirits to be more metal based since mercurymon is more mirror😂 or you could flip about the animal basis between spirits, for example doing a fire spirit but using wolf basis of the light spirits, theres also the fact that a lot of the spirits are very gendered, you could flip that so having a male presenting water spirit and female presenting thunder spirit
The reason for the mirror theme for the metal spirit is because mirrors used to made out of mercury which is a metal

Impmon could warp to Piedmon a jesting digimom that could have a more playful personality than the 01 version and instead of a toy gun they could have given impmon a toy wand that made piedmon mage mode for a more support and field control instead of Beelzemon's blast mode's power focused build.
With wizardmon as the champion and wisemon as the ultimate.

Real shame the "What if Tekken characters had Digimon" video didn't go over well, (I personally liked it). I'm actually a fan of those videos and was low-key hoping for a "What if Hazbin Hotel characters had Digimon" video.
For something that you could have as a video, though it'd require commissioned works, here's a thought: in a world where the Frontier group were genderbent, how would that change their spirits and evolutions? I'm guessing still have the same color schemes, but the actual results would be drastically different.

I think Renamon could seamlesly evolve into Reppamon. The problem then is that Reppamon doesn't really evolve into anything else that feels great in a line with Renamon, but a recolor or two could work.
