Main question is for this house Framed structure or load bearing structure which would be more efficient & cheap...🤔🤔
Framed structure made of m23 grade concrete because it is more strong and have a long life then load bearing structure and you can continue and upgrade your existing house without any problem but the con in this is i can cost more depending on the raw material availablity, hope it helps

I appreciate your hard work. I have one question: If I use M 25 grade concrete to construct my house, then can I use M 25 grade concrete for pcc in footing. Cause this will not only provide strength to the footing but also the same ratio of mortar will be used in the entire RCC structure. Please give your opinion. Thanks!
I have done this for my home. My home is built on the Odisha coastline and has been built to withstand cyclones and high tides. So if you're worried about factors that can crack away your PCC then use m25. Otherwise you can go for even anything under m20, as such strength is usually not required for temperate areas in India.
Not Needed. Go for M15.Better make Good compaction before doing PCC.

There are local contractors in India, so you can have a meeting with them and decide who you want to work with.
