I MUST be missing something, what made Pixy think that Cipher want to see him again? Personally, he's someone who tried to kill Cipher twice, killed PJ, and tried to wipe most of the world's population. Unless 'Mercenary Cipher' is the canon Cipher, I doubt what Pixy did is easy to forgive.
You have to remember that most of the members of A World With No Boundaries were mostly veterans who were suffering from some major ptsd and went a little crazy. If Knight path is canon, then I'd like to think that Cipher has enough compassion and empathy to forgive, but not forget.
They were two sides of the same coin. They each found their own readon to fight. The last battle wasn't just two people trying to kill each other. It was a fight of ideals, for a a future without strife.
To be fair, Cipher and Pixy were only circumstantial enemies. They still didn’t hate each other, they were only fighting because they had to. And Pixy didn’t aim at PJ. PJ just stepped in and took the blow aimed at Cipher. Besides, the interview takes place a full 10 years after the Belkan War. Combine that with Pixy’s closing speech in his interview, and assuming Cipher was watching the documentary, I figure that would be enough for Cipher to realize that Pixy learned from what was ultimately just a bad choice he made. He would probably forgive him.

I love the way you timed the most epic part of the soundtrack to play at the same time as Eagle Eye was explaining how you had to attack Pixy from head on
Something tells me the game actually wants you to do the knight style of the old medieval era where they do jousting duels, since if you try to dogfight the ECM won't allow you, and pixiy will not try to turn around. but if you somehow go high speed, and ignore him after the first 2 shots he will turn around, this will resemble a jousting duel.
So I'm rewatching all of this as someone who finished Ace Combat 7's campaign recently and I have 2 thoughts: A. Pixy is nowhere near as aggressive as Mihay in your dogfight against him. B. Mihay's ending is basically a less awful version of 13:36 where he lives, despite his injuries.
Best Ace Combat in the series ever. The story, the ost, the gameplay, the Arthurian lore from start to finish. ADFX-01- Morgan Nice reference to Morgan le Fay I still fire up my PS2 to play this wonderful game
Good theory, but unfortunately incorrect with the release of the game...the old man in the AC7 trailers is Mihaly Shilage. Background spoilers below Yellow 13's flight instructor
When boss battle design done to absolute perfection, it born to this. Pixy has 3 phase, and each phase you need to hit 6 missile making it 666. Someone said that somewhere on other videos and i count it, and it is indeed true. Good god, why the Zero wiki trivia does not list this beyond me, im how Project Aces planned it all and tying it up perfectly with along Keiki's Zero accompanying it.
Finally finished watching both styles, so I was wondering when you'll upload Soldier Style? Gotta admit, Pixy's character arc and the interviews really hooked me. That aside, will you ever do a playthrough of Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception?
My only grievance with AC7 is that the Morgans Burst Missiles just use regular HE, I remember seeing those things explode for the first time fighting Pixy and needing a change of pants afterwards.
one thing I've noticed in the third part of the fight, where you need to attack him head on is how closely it becomes to medieval jousting. It's especially notable if you fire a missile the same moment he does (it happened to me once, I was lucky to just barely miss it)
This game is so great because many of us wanted to be pilots but never made it because of poor eyesight, heart problems, poor grades, unwillingness to join the military etc. I personally don't want to surrender my freedom in exchange for the chance to pilot an eagle for few years. You can't fly jets to 30 years in the air force. If you could, every 30 years the whole crop of pilots would retire and it would cripple the air force's fighting power. Instead they keep sending older pilots to a desk and bringing in young ones. The correct balance is 50% veterans and 50% new recruits. Thus at no time will the air force experience a mass retirement of pilots a year before a war. Instead the air force experiences a balanced, staggered retirement rate. These people study everything, they know things. To whom it may concern, my 3 favorite aviation art books are : - Aviation Art by Lou Drendel - Warbirds by Adam Tooby - Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson
Imagine if they remade AC3, and there was an additional path after the Omega ending, a way out of the bitter dark deadlock... and in the final mission, one of the planes highlighted in blue as an ally was a single F-15S/MTD “Eagle+” with a single, bright red wing
Thank you, I was never really able to play this one for myself, this was really moving for me as it's one of the first games I played with my very best friends, and it's so amazing, thank you for an amazing ride.

I Just realize if you neutrelize the lead Squadron of the Espada team she say he went back to the sky despite to his injuries and die there, but if you destroy him in that mission she say he died in that mission, interesting
Who would win? >Prototype aircraft with highly advance weaponry and piloted by experienced pilot whose skills were well known among his fellow mercenaries >A mercenary with outdated Plane
Every main combat pilot like chipper trigger etc. didn't have any information about themselves as if they were just legends who had almost died but managed to be resurrected.
So, the first time I was doing this mission, I didn't know you could shoot missiles at the intake ports for the final fight with Pixy. I must've spent at least 2 hours trying to only use guns and I was at my wits end. Thank God for this video then, otherwise I never would have finished this game.
The Battle Of Avalon is over. The war has ended. PJ is excited. Excited to finally propose to his girlfriend. He even bought flowers. But, that would end up to be his death wish. As we soared through the skies above Avalon, Eagle Eye gave us a warning. "Unknown target approaching at high speed! Break, break!". I didn't flinch when I should've as a laser beam appeared right over my shoulder in a blink of an eye. That had just cost PJ his life, as he swept in front of me, maybe even sparing me of the damage the beam may have caused. It would have made me unable to complete my mission. As PJ's plane fell to the ground, I see an unfamiliar aircraft approaching. I hadn't seen this aircraft in my time of flying, and not used among the pilots I had shot down. No. That aircraft was something else. Something I haven't seen before. But one characteristic of the plane stood out. As the plane approached, I could make out a red tip on the right wing. As the pilot spoke out his words, I recognized him in an instant. It was him. My buddy. And he asked but a simple question. "Have you found a reason to fight yet?" I felt an unbearable sadness, just as Pixy did when we bombed Hoffnung, as it was then when I realised my mission had changed. It had become one to make him join the other victims of my wrath. I was forced to shoot him down. -Cipher, _ _ _ _ Just something I thought I'd make. No particular effort was put into this, I just made it because I wanted to.
"See you again." I'd love for this to actually happen, but the mystery around Cipher really discourages the two aces bumping into each other at some point in the future games.

One of the good things about these classic AC series was that missions were balanced so that you could at least beat the game (although not with an S ranking) with whichever plane you liked the most, with whichever weapon you prefer, even in the Ace difficulty. In AC 7 there are some missions that prevent this, which is a pity.

Seria foda, mas tá mais pra Yellow 13
Was kinda hoping it was Bartlett based on what he said
Good theory, but unfortunately incorrect with the release of the game...the old man in the AC7 trailers is Mihaly Shilage.
Background spoilers below
Yellow 13's flight instructor
@@justinkam9729 Fuck me he was Yellow 13's instructor? God damn that explains why he was such a pain to fight in AC4.
Are they any different
My only grievance with AC7 is that the Morgans Burst Missiles just use regular HE, I remember seeing those things explode for the first time fighting Pixy and needing a change of pants afterwards.
The History of the Belkan Wars...With the Demon Lord of the Round Table...Its was worth it watching this...Amazing Job
one thing I've noticed in the third part of the fight, where you need to attack him head on is how closely it becomes to medieval jousting. It's especially notable if you fire a missile the same moment he does (it happened to me once, I was lucky to just barely miss it)
That's kind of the point since canonically Cipher is a Knight. Knights joust
One of my favorite ace combat the other one is the unsung war... yo buddy you still alive😏
Nice gameplay man. Your thumbnails are awesome!! ~
*thumvnails
*Thumbnails get it right you guys
Yo Buddy still alive...?
@@1BiG_HEAD Yes buddy!
@@BuckingBadger Took me some time, but there, I fixed it xD
This mission dates back 28 years.
To whom it may concern, my 3 favorite aviation art books are :
- Aviation Art by Lou Drendel
- Warbirds by Adam Tooby
- Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson
Imagine if they remade AC3, and there was an additional path after the Omega ending, a way out of the bitter dark deadlock... and in the final mission, one of the planes highlighted in blue as an ally was a single F-15S/MTD “Eagle+” with a single, bright red wing
BOI!
I'm gonna be like "Holy shit...'
Using an upgraded version of Cipher's aircraft, THAT'S AWESOME!
2019? Lol
Me My Favorite Aircraft ADFX-01 Morgan
(◕ᴗ◕✿)
I miss the game so much man, I played it when I was elementary and its just, I want to start over that memories:)
Yessir
I'm surprised no one made mention of Yuri Lowenthal.
Thank you, I was never really able to play this one for myself, this was really moving for me as it's one of the first games I played with my very best friends, and it's so amazing, thank you for an amazing ride.
PCSX2 and enjoy the ride for yourself :) although it's not 100% perfect I've had some emulation issues
@@mathiasrrybaThanks, will try it!
@@mr.sexologia939 look up PCSX2 Ace Combat tutorial on RUclips! Found today one showing how to make the work perfectly ^^ 0 bugs that ive found and I just finished my first playthrough on Soldier path. gonna get 100% completion on it
No matter how many times I hear this soundtrack, it always raises the hair on my skin.
God, going back through and listening. At 0:52 you can hear the pain in his voice. God the story of this game was amazing. Hope we get some quality like this in 7
True he was in pain because of war and jealous as well when he said i bet you do too
Listening to the song made me want to grow some mustache and wears sombrero hat.
Fucking love this game. One of the best PS2 game I've ever played.
Years will pass and I will still love this game
*pissing all over the toilet seat*
If you want a toilet without borders it's called a shower
I Just realize if you neutrelize the lead Squadron of the Espada team she say he went back to the sky despite to his injuries and die there, but if you destroy him in that mission she say he died in that mission, interesting
Difference between Mercenary and Knight styles
*" Those who survive long time in battelfield start to think they're invincible. I bet you too, buddy "*
Who would win?
>Prototype aircraft with highly advance weaponry and piloted by experienced pilot whose skills were well known among his fellow mercenaries
>A mercenary with outdated Plane
Lol
A prototype experimental aircraft with advanced weaponry and skilled pilot or old mercenary boi
I like the music,it makes you more confident shooting down pixy
That music tho... I miss my childhood :')
It takes more than a fancy plane to fly like that... You gotta fight for what you believe in!
Every main combat pilot like chipper trigger etc. didn't have any information about themselves as if they were just legends who had almost died but managed to be resurrected.
Yo Buddy, You still alive?
Dammit confirmed launch of v2
Larry Foulke (Pixy)/Alec Trevelyan (006/Janus).
So, the first time I was doing this mission, I didn't know you could shoot missiles at the intake ports for the final fight with Pixy. I must've spent at least 2 hours trying to only use guns and I was at my wits end. Thank God for this video then, otherwise I never would have finished this game.
Larry was right. Everything happenning down here must have looked crystal clear up there
Ole Ole Y Ole to The gameplay and The Spanish music XD
-Cipher, _ _ _ _
Just something I thought I'd make. No particular effort was put into this, I just made it because I wanted to.
Love the music for this battle and this game was a gem on the ps2
Shouldn't the Nuclear burst created an EMP which should've downed electronic communications?
Well, we don't know what's exactly in the V2 rocket. Nuclear energy probably isn't inside the rocket.
The V2 is a MIRV missile housing thermonuclear warheads, in other words, it's just a few hydrogen bombs stored inside of a missile.
this is one of the top 10 fights of history of videogames? like if u say yes!
Why does every pixy boss fight vids always have the canon aircraft, am i the only one who does this fight with different aircraft?
Watching this on New Year's Eve
If we get hit by the laser, we’ll be turned into sushi.
"See you again."
I'd love for this to actually happen, but the mystery around Cipher really discourages the two aces bumping into each other at some point in the future games.
"Yo, Buddy. Still alive? and thanks friend. See you again."
- Larry "Pixy" Foulke -
"Here's come the snow"
*when the man who LITERALLY wanted to nuke the entire planet has a sudden and abrupt change of heart and is like “blowing up the world won’t change anything” for no apparent reason*
is 10 years of realization short for you?
Where'd you find that thumbnail? It looks great. I'm finding that art style all over the internet, but I'm wondering who the artist is.
Go to danbooru and search ace combat zero
One of the best soundtrack pieces ever made. :3
That soundtrack and story is better than graphic...i dont care...i love Pixy...
this literally the best game that i ever played inbmy life when i was a kid
You defeat Morgan with F-15 while me beat him using fully upgraded F-22
The F15c is the canon aircraft
One of the good things about these classic AC series was that missions were balanced so that you could at least beat the game (although not with an S ranking) with whichever plane you liked the most, with whichever weapon you prefer, even in the Ace difficulty. In AC 7 there are some missions that prevent this, which is a pity.
Noob, im using A-10, because i sell that Su-37 :(
