Salamat po, additional tips po you can add 1tbsp. Ng oil para mas maganda sya ipahid keep on making Lang po makukuha mo din ang perfect para sayo. Sorry for late reply po❤️

My Aunty showed me this recipe over 40 yrs ago. But she brushed the batter on pan with a paint brush. The batter was a slightly watery.
Hello, thank you for watching ❤. I don't like my batter to be too dry because the result will be a bit different, but you can also refrigerate the batter for a couple of hours it will nicer to swipe it on the pan.😊

Hello sis, sorry it's been a lon time medyo nawala na ako sa rythm. Salamat sis sa panonood uhhh sis madali lang syado sis maganda lagay sa red for few hours para medyo mag stick sila mas madali I haplos sa pan.

Thank you for sharing. We've tried various methods but this seems the easiest. Can you make the batter more liquid and pour into the pan rather than pasting it?
Hello, thank you for watching. If you’re not comfortable of doing the way I do you also can try using brush so you can control the amount because we don’t like our wrapper to be so thick ☺️.
Your fingers don’t get burned spreading the mixture in the pan?
Thanks for asking ma'am, I never burned my fingers so far and it's just super slow fire so it's manageable heat and when you are swiping your fingers are covered of the batter so you really won't feel it.

Hello po, Hindi naman po mainit kasi yung apoy ko slow fire Lang naman sya. Kong sakali pwede mo try ang brush I brush mo sya marami na nagtry gamit ang recipe ko Nina brush nila sa Pan. 😊
Did i miss it? Did u put the batter in the fridge for few hours before making the wrapper? Or no need?
Nope ma’am,but you can actually or if you have a food brush and you find my ways difficult you can try using your food brush.😊

Not a self rising ma’am 😊, but any flour available and possible or you can also mix different types of flour😍. ‘Coz here in Netherlands they don’t have a specific APF 😞.

Are you supposed to use a nonstick pan for this?
Hello po, normally in the Philippines we only have the regular pan when we're still living at the farm. It doesn't have to be always nonstick pan 😊.
What type of flour is used?
Hello ma'am, it's just a regular flour here in NL much better if you'll refrigerate your mixture for few hours before making.😊

Hello sis, wala ako specific na flour kasi d ko rin gaanu alam dito mga type of flours nila sa Netherlands naka dutch kasi lahat 🙈. Minsan minimix ko nalang 😊.

Hello, you can always do because it will be easier for you to wipe it on the pan if it stays inside the fridge for a couple of hours😊. But if you have a hand mixer you can also mix it a little longer so the consistency will be even thicker and stretchy.

Dangerous using hand it's hot after your finger will burn . The best way you have a clean cloth you wrap in a small bowl and spread on the fan . This is my suggestion
Thanks for the suggestion 😍, but it’s actually not hot because am only using a slow fire you and just have to be really quick in swiping the mixture into the pan. 😊
u should use brush instead of your hand pra evenly and kapal or nipis nya

Hello po, wala akong specific na flour na ginagamit Kong anu lang meron yun nalang gamit ko😍.

Hello ma’am, yes you don’t need to flip it otherwise it won’t be ideal anymore for wrappers😊, we want our wrapper to be as soft as possible and they were so thin so no need for flipping 😍.

@@lydiasanchez2991 yes po ma’am, I use the same for my vegetable lumpia specially the one you can buy from the store where we live was super thin po. 😊 just make it bigger or wider.

This way is better than using brush, you tend to double the amount when you are using brush and it’s way quicker. I can make more than 80pcs just by 4 cups while with brush you can most likely make only 50-60pcs.
Better if you use the proper measuring cup.

Hello po dito sa Netherlands klase wala silang mga tulad satin na klase ng flour ang gamit ko Lang is medyo similar sa APF. Minimix ko din sil minsan nung isang klase dito.

That's a messy way of making lumpia wrappers. You could have used a brush to brush the mixture on the pan. A lot of mixture was also wasted as they stuck on your fingers.
Have you ever been in the markets in the Philippines? This is how to make the typical lumpia wrapper and of course I tried your suggestion once and I will never do it again. It’s time consuming to brush and yeah it’s much presentable but you’ll end up using so much of the batter each time when you can actually make 2 wrappers for it without the brush. And with what am doing I can make 80 plus of wrappers in just 20-30 minutes.
Are you sure it is 2 cups flour and 1 and 1&1/4 cups water? I tried these measurements and the mixture was not very much near the one you showed in the video?
Yes ma’am, ever since I started making my own lumpia wrapper I never changed my measurements.
If ever after you added the 1st cup you can always control your batter by adding the rest of your water slowly.
Sunduhon ni nko kay mahal man intawon sa tindahan, akong mga sakop pa man kay kusog mangaon ug lumpia and turon.

Put less water. It must be very thick. Watch other vlogs to learn more. But if you want it that way you can use an instrument to level it.

Practice lang po ng practice, pwede mo I adjust sa water basta maipapahid mo na sya sa pan. Maganda din sakali nairef ng matagal kasi parang mamumuo sya mas madaling ipahid sa pan basta yung apoy po yung slow fire lang talaga para d rin titigas.
