Great story but it should be pointed out that despite what some people Think King Cold has no additional transformations. If he did he would've used them against Trunks who gave him more than enough time but instead to show he wasn't a mutant like his son Frieza Cold instead used Trunks Sword thinking it was the reason he won.

Another thing overlooked about this universe is that Kami didn't create the Dragonballs until years later after King Piccolo was sealed away unless Damon meant Shin defeated him during his second emergence.
Probably was in the first appearance as it then said “many years later” whereas goku was obviously around when king piccolo was freed
A version of Dragon Ball Multiverse made by you? That is honestly filled with a lot of potential, though it would also be cool if you made what ifs on Dragon Ball Multiverse. Like, imagine how Vegito in that fan manga would react to Super Goku and Vegeta with their god forms, let alone their Ultra Instinct and Ego forms respectfully. And every universe’s reaction to Super Broly being a chill guy compared to Z Broly.

It's a righteous heart, not pure heart. But you could make an arrangements with this version of the Saiyans since they didn't go around killing people like canon some Saiyans (Younger generation) could've possibly lean more towards the good side for the ritual to work here.

Here’s the problem though…it’s not THEIR job to interfere. That falls to the Universe's local destroyer, by challenging Bibbidi and Buu they almost doomed universe 7 to be wiped from existence.

That's not what happened in that manga , that manga came up before Super if we are talking about Kai's chapter from Dragon Ball Mulitverse Manga , also the Kais defeated Broly the Legendary Super Saiyan (The Original Broly not the Current one) and Beerus , Moro , and Super Saiyan God were never mentioned because those weren't a thing back there.
He literally stated he's making his own version of DBM with elements of super into it. Obviously it's going to be different
