Wow, this was very informative! Thanks so much 😸 I use CBD for my arthritis, good to know it's not allowed 😮 if I ever go on a cruise 😂

I bet that is definitely a common one that gets taken away a lot since it is legal in so many countries

@@roses4adventure217 Yep, completely legal here in South Africa. I wouldn't even have given it a second thought, since it's become so acceptable 😉

Hi, can I bring a Ninja Blast portable blender? Uses USB .

I would guess probably not but it is not listed in the banned items. I know they recently would not let someone bring on a small portable washing machine so this would probably fall into that same category

I believe you gave incorrect information regarding mobility scooters and Carnival. Carnval allows larger scooters, provided they have a fully accessible cabin. They have not banned electric wheelchairs. They are enforcing a rule that has been a rule for as long as i have been cruising. A fully accessible cabin can accommodate most mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs as they are 32" wide doorways. As someone reporting information. It would be a shame for someone to watch your video and then think they or a loved one cannot cruise. Have a fabulous day.

Correct there are a select few handicap accessable rooms but standard staterooms are not wide enough to accommodate large power wheelchairs. Royal caribbean states it has to be less than 23 inches, NCL states less than 22inches, and carnival states it just be able to fit through a 22in door. There are loads of rental companies that can be rented from if a smalled scooter than someone normally uses needs to be rented for the week.

Ummmm the doorways are 22 inches wide and scooters must be no bigger than 22 inches wide. If you are going to put this in your blog, I suggest you fact check yourself. Also Carnival is not above the ADA, and must follow their rules.

The standard doorway is 24 inches but yes, some may be smaller on certain ships or with older ships. This is why I suggested always checking these things with your specific cruise line and cruise ship as I could not possibly know all information on every single ship currently in service.
