Journaling has taught me my Hemiplegic Migraine "TRIGGER" is working out or exercise induced migraine. When I do high intensity jogging or walking up a mountain early in the day I have gotten a migraine 90% of the time. I found a few studies that say a Ketogenic diet might help with migraines. I have been doing a keto diet for a few years now very strict using keto-stix to make sure I am in ketosis and honestly I have not seen any improvement in my migraine frequency but it might be because I have been doing keto for over 10 years. I would suggest if you suffer from migraines try it and see.
Slight headache the next day but yesterday migraine was similar to those I have normally have. They start with a small blind spot then some zig zag lines. Head starts hurting I usually take Tylenol since I am post fusion surgery, Advil seems to work a little better. I get super tired sometimes and might take a short nap. I eventually get to where I can not remember words "Aphasia" or can barely form sentences. I get numbness in an arm or face and sometimes sounds are super echoed and loud. Hopefully I can get through today without another migraine. I keep a chart and will be updating it today. I am not sure if it is related to the weather but my diet has not changed, work right now is not stressful so it is very strange other than I just think I get them every few months and this has been a bad month. The only other time I got multiple migraines in multiple days was when my mom passed?
Had another migraine yesterday for the 4th straight day, it started at 8pm on 07/05/23, got in the hot tub and it seemed much better after about 30 minutes in the hot tub and 30 minutes just sitting and I did take 2 tylenol when it first hit. Hoping today I don't have one.

Apparently Ocular Migraine occurs in only one eye, mine are always both and considered Hemiplegic Migraines.
