Hi Gracie i have recently started watching your videos and i have been inspired and motivated! Im 18 weighing in at 65KG and just started BJJ this week! Im from the UK so, unfortunately, cant do the Gracie schools. The only thing is that its soo expensive in England because there are so few instructors and they charge £70 a month. Would you ever consider going international ???

I typically mix mine with guarana and banana for organic sweeteners. If you have to have it really sweet, use honey.

Gotta ask where the protein is in the Gracie morning routine? Looks like a carbfest. Healthy fat and protein lacking. I'm sure it works for many here but aren't there some body "building block" advantages Rener's omitting with this "fuel-only" morning bowl. My body is completely torn down after rolling (I'm older than most on the mat) and train only 3 times a week. If I did this daily I think I'd get fat. The "Renergy" bowl is great for young daily rollers only, right? Any pro nutritionists here?
