Basque Burnt Loaf Cheesecake Recipe | No Mixer Cheesecake

✔️Ingredients
1 block creamcheese (250g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2 whole eggs (large, 60g each)
1 cup all purpose cream / heavy cream (240ml)
2 tbsp cake flour (16g)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5ml)
•Loaf pan size: 7x3x2.5 inches
•Bake in a preheated oven @ 220°C (or 430°F) for 45 to 50 mins. or until nearly burned top & edges.
* Oven type: Conventional gas
* Heat Setting: Down heat only
* Baking pan placement: Top Rack
