  • We are excited to announce a new addition to our “Perinatal Self Care - Taking Care of Me” mental health initiative in partnership with the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team UMHL. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and accessibility, we are today launching the audiobook version of “My Perinatal Self Care Workbook”, co-produced by women attending the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service in University Maternity Hospital Limerick. tinyurl.com/Pe...
Since first launching in November 2023, hundreds of women across the mental health service and the Mid West region have used the workbook and its online companion course to help them to create a personalised, practical self care plan that will help them to improve their health and wellbeing during pregnancy, early motherhood and beyond.
We want to ensure that any woman who needs this workbook can get it when they need it, in whatever format suits her best, in particular to bridge the gap for anyone with additional accessibility needs. This audiobook version is in an easy-to-listen format and is free to listen to or download from tinyurl.com/Pe.... Accessing the audiobook is easy: simply scan the QR code on the poster or click on the link. No need for app download or account setup. Please share with any woman you feel may benefit.
