Dude, this was me too. I had to reset my sensitivity but kept my HUD layout.
Instead of custom sensitivity closer to High (as a comparison) I go with Low / Mid and do fine.
I say this as someone who doesn’t have the time nor attention span to go into Practice mode to test it out. That ain’t me. 😅
