Really liking the way it shows the notifications. Looks like Google have put a lot of time into getting this right first time

I just got my lg g watch from att for 115 .00 and loving it
Google did Android Wear to work perfectly onto this smarwatch it's so snappy and there is no lag.
I really like the fact that it doesnt have any buttons,and that it turns on automatically when it is powered up!
It has a button... Under the watch, which can be pressed with a sim ejector, pin etc... Lol replying to an 8 year old comment😄😅😂

I'm pretty sure they have their pick to keep. I don't think this conference was open to the public, so either a buy in or invite only. Yesterday was the first I herd of Google I/O, but if you watched the rundown video they posted, it was stated that they get to pick and keep one of the watches if I remember correctly, check it out.

Brilliant video, am liking the 'no buttons' feature... very simple UI and running smooth.
I have a few questions though:
1) Are you doing a iWatch video anytime soon ?
2) Is that a Sony Phone you're using to review an LG Watch ?

Can you quickly check the time when you're checking notifications? Seems like you have to go back to that top screen.
Those metal tips are gonna rusty sooner or later since its close to your wrist, just going out for a morning run while sweating on the watch could lead to damage on the charging pins.

You sound so excited! I guess it's good-bye to the Pebble? I hope Pebble has something in the works or perhaps they planned the watch's life cycle to be 1.5 years. I'm sure they'll drop their prices very soon.
You have to understand that Pebble is a very small company. They won't be able to pump out constantly improved products like Samsung, LG, and Motorola will. I love the Pebble, but its turn in the Sun is over and they don't stand a chance in keeping up with the others.
Android wear is looking pretty useful. Can't wait for the Moto 360 and Android L!
I like it, hopefully something like this can work with iPhone, as the iWatch rumours don't really appeal to me at the moment, but I'm really liking the Moto 360.
This won't work with any Apple device, Apple really like to sell you their own product instead.

Hey Josh you said in this video of the LG G Watch you would put it on your large/wide band strap since the strap is interchangeable on the watch. Is there any way, for esthetic purposes, that you could send me a pic of what that looks like. I'm considering buying one.

Android Authority question one..can you pair it up with any android device? question two..can it operate(by itself) independently of a android device?
What version of Counting Stars is that playing in the background? It sounds different than the Nujabes version I currently listen to.

1. is it water resistant
2. can you text/ make phone calls
3. how do you get back to the 'time' screen after scrolling threw notifications and stuff
It's not water resistant , you can connect your phone to your Watch and then you gets call notification on your phone and watch if there connected but if you answer it opens on your phone you can't call on this phone unless you have a headset

Are you able to connect multiple bluetooth devices to your phone along side the G Watch? I have multiple Bluetooth audio devices that I'm always connected to depending where I'm located.

How to get a Tester for Google Play? Is there a Special link for it? I'm allready a developer for Google Play but don't get the Google Wear apk.

I think people misunderstand smart watches, they are not phones or a replacement.
they should be a portal to your phone. Im very happy with what i see so far. although i hope there is more voice control like, instead of swiping , look at a notification and say "dismiss" and the card goes away. but maybe thats too much to ask.

I've had a pebble for a year and this is the first smartwatch I've seen that I think is actually better than my pebble. I think it has to be on all the time or its not worth it.

Where's the transflective display; ie mirasol. Also proprietary charging cradle is a let down. The first watch to have google wear, mirasol display, and wireless charging, and changeable bands will get my money. Hopefully sony will bring all those things in the smartwatch 3. Or if qualcomm can update the toq to google wear would be a god send.

Because I searched and searched and no one never mentioned you can talk to someone through the watch and that's some very important information that people would like to know that no one mention...

Download Android wear on your iPhone and then Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone and Lg watch and connect your iPhone to the watch
€/$199 for that seems pretty reasonable and the OS seems really responsive.

The watch pins shouldn't be affected because it is IP67 water and dust resistant so it can withstand 1 meter of water for 30 minute so you shouldn't have a problem.
but sweat is salty,,
Kind of weird they have so much bezel on these watches. Also it should have wireless charging.
