Many years ago, my sister was in a very exclusive rehab center, in los angeles, and David Coverdale happen to be there receiving therapy. He would frequently take all the members to the local Denny' in Hollywood where they would all sit around and talk aboit their life experiences and iasues they were dealing with and EVERYONE loved this man. He was genuine, kind and NEVER bragged or wanted to speak about his career or anything lile that. My sister spoke very highly of this man.
He lacks people skills, he went through so many band members. He has an old fashioned relationship with this wife, that’s why it works, she’s never had a career and idolizes him.

I remember when David said he got by on Marlboro 100's and a wing and a prayer !! Still got the pipes here in 2018 !! Looking forward to the new album. Thanks David, from your neighbor. ✌

He tried to have legitimate input in where the band should go musically (rightfully so) and we all know how the story ends. Love David and his music but there’s only room for him and his ego in the room.
Mr Coverdale is graceful and elegant in his looks, in the year 2017. And to me, he appears as splendid and excellent now as he was in the 1980s. Truth is he has bettered over the years!!!! And how I wish others could master that! Regards. D.L.
Well to some comments, he's a lot older now. Tawny and Dave had been young. Lots of growing up to do. He has Tawneys eyes when you look at him certain ways. I wish they went the long haul, to the end. They had so much fun and passion together, I see it in the videos.
David & Tawny were gorgeous together; but not built for the long haul. He was broke when he met Tawny and she didn’t even get paid to appear in those videos because she just wanted to help him out. It’s a lot easier to maintain a relationship when the guy is older, financially stable and not traveling all the time.
I think that Tawny and David would have lasted way longer if they had a kid, they were together almost 5 years. David married Cindy a year after she had their son. He basically has a housewife.
