This is probably the first adhd asmr I've ever liked. Usually the person acts like they think adhd means you are dumb, or aggressively snap their fingers and tell you to pay attention. In typical adhd fashion, I don't want to do anything someone orders me to do. You're killing it as always.

I don't have diagnosed ADHD, but I do have a difficulty focusing. So sometimes I zone-out, and sometimes for some odd reason people will snap in my face or clap which I HATE! Its so aggressive, its like waking someone from a nap by pouring water on them.

I never click on the asmr videos that say it’s for ADHD because they are always very very aggressive and overstimulating, meanwhile this is perfect asmr for adhd because it’s balance between knowing how to catch my attention again with tingles but also doing things soft and slow and one times a little fast it isn’t aggressive at all and feels like a warm hug, plus how much the triggers last and how random they are it’s perfect cuz in my mind it makes sense and it’s really sweet to find a video like this.

AUDhd here. Visual triggers while your face and voice are off screen/out of focus are perfect. Like some other commenters, the chaotic energy of most ADHD vids are overstimulating. The change in cadence and mix of soft spoken/whisper hit the sensory stim without overwhelming each other. Your big balls sent me straight into Tingleland. Not a sound we hear a lot, but I friggin loved it. I could go on and on about why I loved this video, but it can all be summed up by this: whatever you're doing, you keep your cadence consistent and that's what makes it great.

Most adhd asmrs make me either want to leave due to multiple reasons (eg, being too aggressive) or I skip through them because I’m bored. I love when asmrs don’t demand anything of me, because I want to listen then. I also appreciate not being told to focus every two seconds, because if I already am then it gets annoying (another reason why I click off)

Best asmr adhd video, actually understands adhd 😭 and doesn’t aggressively snap or clap to get my attention.

As someone with severe ADHD this video is fantastic. The positive reinforcement, the constant change while also keeping my attention and THE TOAD. You perfectly captured what a person with ADHD needs to relax.

I don't often get tingles, they are very rare for me but I enjoy ASMR because it's relaxing and helps me fall asleep. This video gave me so many tingles and was so relaxing!!

PLEASE do a longer one as for someone with adhd it takes a lot longer than 12 mins to fall asleep😆but you got this down PERFECTLY. don’t like all that aggressive stuff the typical “adhd asmr” like no we want to calm our brains down not keep it awake with all the activity it provides. But this, this is perfect. Thank You❤

The only asmr video targeted to adhd that I’ve liked not aggressive not constantly telling me to pay attention and doing overstimulation . This was a perfect pace funny and gentle thank you for this put a smile on my face

I don't have it diagnosed but I do check boxes when it comes to not being able to concentrate on something and getting bored quickly, just like with asmr and this is just pure masterpiece! it keeps me actually focused and being eager to know what's about to come!
ngl I usually close asmr vids after few minutes even if it's fast or aggressive which is fine with me but it just doesn't stimulate me enough ig 🤠

I was not expecting my hyperfixation to be mentioned within 30 seconds, race car noises included. This is truly for ADHD
