ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. It is the term used to describe a tingling, calming sensation some people report experiencing in response to close personal attention or certain audio or visual stimuli.
I'm one of those anxious adhd people who can't relax by myself. I literally need instructions like this and the praise for breathing and following along keeps me engaged and triggers my tingles. In a completely not weird way, I would love to see a video that goes overboard on the praise just to see what would happen - I might reach nirvana. ✨
People with adhd tent to have anxiety disorders, it’s not a choice, I’m glad I found him tho, he’s very relaxing. I agree with you as well, I love praise, boosts my ego lol
this was genuinely so relaxing!!! like i HATE those "asmr for adhd" videos where someone is just agressively doing triggers like bro i do not want you to tap so fast i get stressed out i just want you to switch triggers more regularly and stuff 😭 this was amazing, literally perfect, thank you
Yeah and it’s kinda funny all the videos that try to put all the popular search words like “intense tingle sleep relax aggressive calm fast” and proceed to do the same speedy tapping and mouth sounds as half of their other videos
omg i haaaaate the tapping
i know right, if my brain is firing about a million things, having the asmr mimic that doesnt help!
Fr they think adhd=aggressive and honestly way too loud noises😭
There was a time I even started to question my diagnosis because of those videos 😂Glad to know I'm not the only one that doesn't find them relaxing
Possibly an odd thing to pick out but i love the way you do breathing exercises just focused on breathing deeply and evenly with a little count in to it - the "hold it while i count" style of those breathing exercises just stresses me out more cause im holding ny breath at someone elses command, so the focus on deep and rhythmic without enforcing a pace etc is soooo soothing to me
Can we PLEASE get an ‘NFL Agent preps you for the start of the seasonz’ vid? That leather football tapping is top tier 🤌🏽
Tapping is top tier?
Time stamp?
Lol this is so specific I’m obsessed with this idea.
@@TommyEgan9Yes
@@noqodioxex8220oh he done did a couple football vids already lol OP is not lying: those are top tier vids; my favourites by Cap actually. He really gets the football scene.
Some accurate asmr for us “jocks” 😂😂
Absolutely love how you slow things down and aren’t aggressive with your hand movements or triggers. ❤️
Not everyone with adhd likes fast and aggressive or has the attention span of a goldfish lol.
19:06 STOP your smile is so cute and precious! 🥹
Your videos are just as good as therapy, I'd say, Cap 😃
This was one of my favorite videos of yours, god… the brain sponges, the “cave” exploration-I love your silliness and when you can make me laugh while still making my hyperactive mind feel comforted and at peace ♡ thank you so much Cap, you’re a gem
I love the ones where you seem really happy. These videos have a special energy about them. It helps with the relaxation and rest too.
I love the mix of whispering and soft spoken in your videos. So relaxing! 🤤
Light triggers are one of the only ones that still give me tingles so I usually like to watch them. But tonight cap reminded me I can still see them with my eyes closed
Your videos somehow feel more personal than others I watch, it’s so lovely 🥰
I wish you were on Spotify, cap. You’re the only person able to get me to sleep. Great work, thank you so much ❤️
He is!
@@Moniccaa30 but only 5 :( not his recent stuff
Reading the title made me stim im autistic and i love that you considered this, i love your asmr it makes me really happy :)))
thank you so much, cap! you are actually one of just a few asmrtists who still can make me feel tingles ❤ my always-stressed adhd brain def loves your videos
i have never felt so relaxed 🥺 i’m always so awful at focusing yet i managed everything so well. thank you.
The tingles , the jokes, the breathing techniques it’s all so relaxing! Feels so personal 😊 Love it .
❤❤❤ I was very stressed when I got home from work and this is helping me calm down a lot. Love the Patreon content as well 🙂
This is by far my most favorite video of yours to date. I just loved how much fun you can see that you had making this video.
This is one of the best asmr videos for actual autism/ADHD I've watched, it's very real, very relaxing, and even made me laugh. The changing pace and volume of your voice while remaining soft is very very relaxing Tyvm ❤❤
i’ve started liking your videos when i open them because i know i’ll be sound asleep by the end. such a relaxing cadence, quality, voice, energy. a true artist!
Haha I do the same thing for that reason!
Hi hi Cappy! Thank you for another perfectly delivered video.. Hope you’re (everyone really) taking time to rest and hydrate over this blazing summer and zen out so you can keep delivering the tingles coming!
I need like 8 continuous hours of your voice!! It’s so relaxing!!! ❤
you are one of the few asmr it’s that make me fall asleep like I’m half awake half asleep rn and I also love how you read all the comments ❤
it is literally 6am and i’ve been really upset over some stuff which has also made me like mad anxious so ty for this video and all of the rest from the bottom of my heart cap ❤️
hopefully will be able to get some relaxed sleep now
So giggly tonight. Love it. I'm still laughing at the butthole surgery rp minutes after the video ended.
You inspired me to start my own asmr! Keep up with the great content and stay safe!✌️
I was about to spiral in my anxiety but then I remembered I didn’t watch this video yet to save it for when I need it. I’m already much calmer and I’m not through the full video yet. Thank you sm 💛
I love this, Cap!! Your whispers are dreamy!! ❤❤❤
Love your videos and I would love to see a sound assortment video! Keep up the good work ❤
Cap Bailey, your RUclips tutorials on content creation are like a box of chocolates🍭 - each one is a delicious surprise.... filled with... creativity. Your passion for sharing knowledge is as heartwarming as a homemade cookies straight from the oven. ❤️🔥✨✨✨Keep sprinkling your sweetness into the world, one video🍩 at a time.... 🍪🍪🍪👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
These ADHD/Anxiety vids are so good. I have anxiety and panic disorder they really help. I'm a trainwreck, so I'm told. Thank you Cap❤
a lot of adhd asmr I see is extremely overwhelming and way too much happening so I appreciate someone who can understand that having adhd doesn’t necessarily mean that someone is immediately captivated whenever lots of things are happening (although im not going to lie that flashlight gets me every time). its nice to be able to focus my attention on something and not feel like theres a million things happening in my head and a million things happening on screen
I think this is a favorite just because I just spit out my coffee laughing so hard 😂 Love you, Cap Bailey ❤️
Protect Cap Bailey at all costs!! This man is a treasure
Indeed
I like you talking about random things and going off over on Patreon. It’s chill and funny. I enjoy it.
Great vid and the laugh at the end was much needed😀
Genuinely excited for this.❤
Sua naturalidade deixou o vídeo ainda mais relaxante! Obrigada!❤🇧🇷
The video notifaction for this hit TWO SECONDS after I finished playing another video in the background to get thru the last of ~Monday~! Great timing and great tingles.
Never liked light triggers but you taught me how to enjoy it ❤ thank you for this video
I’ve got diagnosed anxiety, autism, and I’’m assuming ADHD too and the pacing of your videos is always awesome. thank you so much🫶🫶🫶
i dont comment a lot, but I love this type of asmr from you, Cap! Everything just flows so naturally, thank you for giving us smiles n relaxation!!! you are goated sir🫡❗️
Thank you, Cap. This was perfect for a hard day. 🖤
This was a great video. I really enjoyed the comedy moment with the light. That was great 😂.
Absolutely love the slight light i can see through my eyelids. Very relaxing, asleep b4 the end. Thanks
mr baileeeeey i would LOVE some more raking content and close up hand movements! that gave me the SHIVERS 🙏🙏
perfect timing for my nap🫢thx cap
butthole spelunking isn't something I thought I'd hear tuning into an ASMR video right before bed on a monday but my day is undoubtedly better for it 😂
As someone with autism and adhd this video is not overstimulating or the opposite so I really enjoyed this
I come back to this video to fall asleep every single night. Great job
I had an accident and have been on bed rest which keeps me quite anxious and annoyed. Watching your videos has helped me a lot to sleep and relax, you are an angel and thank you for this, since most ADHD videos are aggressive and annoying, and for someone who suffers from that it is overwhelming. Once again, thank you very much, seeing you smile is healing. 🖤 Take care and remember to rest!
I hope you're doing better now ! ❤
I got diagnosed when i was 6 back in 2008 when ADHD was barely known. I was gonna say that i felt like an outcast but most of my older siblings have ADHD too but back then even if we had it, it was barely talked about. Now its all people talk about. When i was still in school i was always the only one with a disorder so i felt misunderstood and to be fair even then i barely knew what it was. I am grateful i got a diagnosis so young because so many people get diagnosed in their 20s, 30s or 40s. But i also wanna say to those people that i feel for them but also many of them feel like people like me have it easier. This is a not a competition tho but if i have to be honest if i got diagnosed now everyone would understand me and it would’ve been easier than getting diagnosed in 2008. 15 years is a long time but i still struggle sometimes but its nothing i am not used to. Having ADHD were one of my earliest memories.
Oh Cap takes care to soothe us down once more, thank you for this vid and securing some sleep for us.
Perfect timing cap! for a long flight back to home❤
This video was great 😂 also the brain trigger is so good omg, more please
I actually don't know if I can thank you enough. My brain wouldn't switch off everything felt wrong. I put your video on, I'm 10 minutes in and my brain has full switched off 🥰

I hate being treated like a child with finger snapping and someone yelling « focus! » every 3 seconds. I CAN’T focus ok 😂
I really love the trigger with the light and our eyes closed it’s amazing 🥰
Thanks for your work ☀️
Thanks, Cap. I needed that. Been editing a video for 12 hours. Wanted a little break. This was perfect. Now back to work :-0
