I have ADHD and some of the things you did in this video reminded me greatly of my actual psychiatric evaluation when I got diagnosed. Touching on the colors and numbers, the pattern recognition. This was a great video!
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was very little so I don’t really remember the diagnosis process, but I got diagnosed with autism last year and I remember the testing being similar to this. So many questions lol.

i was diagnosed with ADHD not too long ago and this is a much more relaxing exam! i was asked about my symptoms and my behavior as a child, and i was so worried i'd be told that i don't have it and my brain was just like that. luckily, that was not the case and my psychologist was wonderful.
I came to the comments looking to see if anyone felt this way too! Made me feel a lot better seeing someone else had a similar experience. That process was so stressful for me (not cuz of the doc either) lol
I was tested and told I don't have it, but I still believe that I do. I think I was just socialized to manage my symptoms from an early age and the signs were missed because they weren't even looked for, because I was a girl who got good grades and liked school (mostly).
I too was recently diagnosed!! Was long long wait to actually get seen by anyone ( nearly 2 years) now have to wait another 6 months to accesses for the medication!!
Its kinda sad to know so many people get diagnosed so late. I got diagnosed at the age of 6 which is 14 years ago. ADHD does run in the family so that might be why they were on it so quickly but still i am glad i was that fortunate cuz at this point i learned to live with it to the point it doesn’t affect me that much as it used to years ago in my day to day life. I also quit ADHD meds over 2 years ago after taking them for 11 years and i am good.

Quite frankly i do have ADHD ( got diagnosed 14 years ago at the age of 6) and i think by watching ASMR for the past 4 years it has helped me to concentrate better

I have one of hardest states of adhd and it took me the whole 6 years to control it with out my medicine and i can't fully control it but it is way better than before. Oh no im starting to tell stories what i want to say is that the asmr is really good for people with adhd and the question part was funny i always said yes except of 3 questions. I was falling asleep about half way through but I had to try and keep my eyes open to watch it all. Thanks to this video I am now able to sleep straight away as it made me sleepy
I was diagnosed with adhd when I was 7! I'm 23 now so this was definitely interesting to watch. I don't even remember being screened I just had some quirky tendencies such as getting very distracted in a school setting, being very loud and distracting to others without realizing it, I had a weird thing where I would stand at my desk while doing my schoolwork because I needed to be moving at all times. I didn't even realize I was doing it til my 1st grade teacher physically took my chair from me and made stand for so long that I was to tired to stand anymore. As I got older I definitely got very stressed out when it came to dealing with my decision making. I'd overwhelm myself with all the 1000 way it could potentially come out as and that usually stopped me from getting my task done or dealing with certain problems I faced in high-school with other classmates/friends/and family disputes. Now I'm a mom and my 4 year old has signs of it so I'm better equipped to help him through it. I was alone and had to figure it out on my own.
I mean the assesment is nothing like this but its a nice video and let's be honest, you can't sit there for 5 minutes in silence pretending someone's answering. Those questions require a good 10 minute answer to each. Lol

I was falling asleep about half way through but I had to try and keep my eyes open to watch it all. Thanks to this video I am now able to sleep straight away as it made me sleepy
I was diagnosed with adhd when I was 7! I'm 23 now so this was definitely interesting to watch. I don't even remember being screened I just had some quirky tendencies such as getting very distracted in a school setting, being very loud and distracting to others without realizing it, I had a weird thing where I would stand at my desk while doing my schoolwork because I needed to be moving at all times. I didn't even realize I was doing it til my 1st grade teacher physically took my chair from me and made stand for so long that I was to tired to stand anymore. As I got older I definitely got very stressed out when it came to dealing with my decision making. I'd overwhelm myself with all the 1000 way it could potentially come out as and that usually stopped me from getting my task done or dealing with certain problems I faced in high-school with other classmates/friends/and family disputes. Now I'm a mom and my 4 year old has signs of it so I'm better equipped to help him through it. I was alone and had to figure it out on my own.
