For everyone that's majorly surprised by some of Tomer's words towards the beginning, he did talk about this on Twitter a while ago (a year or two ago I think). I know not everyone keeps up with Twitter or even has it. I'm just saying this isn't the first time he has put that information out into the world. I for one am always happy to see more lgbtq magic players/content creators. A nice reminder that I'm not alone.

Anyone who has seen a Daxos of Meletis resolve at the same table as Tomer isn't surprised at the least by the beginning of this video.

@@miri669 it is how the world should be, and up where we live it’s pretty much the norm. Hate still exists but given that I believe Tomer lives somewhere around the GTA in Ontario, it’s pretty accepted here. I talk about my boyfriend openly and I rarely garner hate. ☺️

I was gonna come here to say this. Crim leaving the Consecrated Sphynx to the card draw player instead of the clone player and then not casting Will until he's at 2 and Seth is dead was really.... Not what I would call hilarious, more like frustrating

@@aidennoir597 Yeah, it is somewhat understandable, but at the same time, if someone if combo-killing the entire table, my first reaction is to re-read every card in my hand, even in decks I built myself, to see if I don't have an answer
@@aidennoir597 This is not a good explanation for anything. They literally talked about it in the podcast: ruclips.net/video/WrVLqze1oPI/видео.html. It doesn't make sense or Crim wasn't playing well (which happens, it's somewhat casual). Doesn't make it anything but frustrating to view.
I thought he was searching for another removal spell, in case the first got countered. Given he could hold more than 7 while Tomer could not, it might still not be the best line. But when he said, he casted it just out of spite... lol
I like everyone on the crew for different reasons, but I always find myself enjoying what Richard brings to the table on Commander Clash, the Podcast or other videos the most. Making stories of the Kithkin hunting siege rhinos was pretty funny, and I enjoy that he likes magic for a deeper nostalgia then just playing cards. It's a big part of why I got back into magic, that nostalgia and the wonder of the cards as well. Even on the podcasts he always talks about that nostalgia and what he used to enjoy and I can relate to that alot.

Christmas Days is in fact, historically, correct. Christmas lasts from December 25th to January 6th, otherwise known as the twelve days of Christmas. There's even a famous song about it.

At the end of the cleanup phase, if there are any new things that need to be cleaned up it starts a new cleanup phase, so losing the mana around 1:52:00 is correct. It's similar to how mana would behave between extra upkeep steps with paradox haze.

I believe, when an ability triggers during the cleanup step, the game should revert back to end step, resolve the trigger(s) and go through it as normal, then go to cleanup once again. That means that yes, there is a step change between the first and second round of discarding, although MODO doesn't display it.

I'll say, as someone stuck in quarantine with one person, it's MISERABLE to play against Opposition Agent. But it is really nice to see it come in good in the second game in a way that's fun.

@SaffronOlive @MTGGoldfish Commander how do you get bring to light to show the 'cast' option for casting the card you tutored for free on MTGO. I had to spam click it 1000 times and then timed out of two other games because the option never showed up. Is it just me?
