you are asking such good questions.These things are very important .I think there should be Life lesson class in school.We womem and men don't know our body what is going inside .Only see as sex /reproductive organs ....infact these information should be taught ...we are just taught fleeting information of ovulation etc ...so everyone things its something automatic ...but if we get such information....everyone one will take Life seriously not a fun thing ...in US also women after chasing career when they settle with a good man it is already mid 30's 40 and don't realise and they also say no one said how difficult it will be at this age they just saw some hollywood women having in 40's no one told them its IVF etc ...and thye miss the natural cycle .
If u hav an ovulation/mensuration app u can easily know when u get can pregnant. That too a gynecologist shud definitely not obviously know the medicine and the date when she can be pregnant.. Simple as that

I know PCOS is a difficult situation, but it's not an impossible situation. This cannot be labelled a miracle, it's just some turn positive cases and some don't. You are creating a mountain out of a molehill with PCOS. There are more than 1 Mio cases each year, in our country.
Well, she was not able to conceive for 7 years with PCOS with all the treatment - Why do you think that is ? What happened that did not happen for 7 years ?
