    I work in the sleep industry and read the Sleep Revolution and really enjoyed it. I was excited for this talk and for the first 15min they talked about sleep. After that it was all politics and about the huff post.

    The best quality sleep is before midnight. As a general rule, the National Sleep Foundation recommend falling asleep somewhere between 8 p.m. and midnight. They also recommend 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Power naps are welcome too. Social media detox 1 hour before going to bed is also important to relax. Music for relaxation, aromatherapy and relaxing baths are also very helpful. And as we are product of habit, yes, it's important to have a sound relaxation routine. Because well-being is paramount to success. You cannot perform at 100% if you’re functioning at 10%!

    The sleep revolution is a fine book, from amazon reviews it is clear that people don't bother checking the content or the description of the book before they buy...

    Better to just say if you want open or close borders, and if closed what percentage? And plan for moving forward? Is gene editing passed down?

    The facts maybe buried by opinion. The fact is no one mentioned Hillary Clinton's complete disregard for the law. Let's talk about lawbreakers and the Clinton's. Where are those facts in this conversation. BTW, I got 9 hours of sleep last night.
