I purchased a new set of leaders for my loft frame and decided to take the plunge and purchase the Sewtites so I could attach to my leaders. Thank you so much for your discount because it really saved me enough money that I could afford to purchase them! So far I have used them to load one quilt and I absolutely love them. I really appreciate your searching for new ways to make our quilting life easier and trying them out first so you can give us some good feedback.
So glad you love them. It’s not for everyone but that what I love about long arm quilting. We can all find what works for us and we don’t have to stick to 1 way.
I've been using the sewtites to load my back for a while but I had an issue with the magnets clinging to the dead bar when rolling the quilt. I found a fix just wanted to know how u dealt with that.
I bought 2 inch magnets that go on people's name tags. I did an 80 inch quilt with them. Box of a hundred on Amazon. Very inexpensive and they held very well. Laid it out on the floor and rolled with pool noodles I dont have a frame.
I calculate it as 1 magnet every 6 inches. So 10 feet is 20 magnets. 12 feet would be another 4. Now if you almost never make huge quilts that are over 108, you could probably get by with the 1 set and in the off chance you are bigger, just put a few pins.
@@adamsewfun. Thanks. For now I’ll start with one set on the belly bar. I’ve been sewing my backing onto my leader and have been happy with that. The time spent sewing was so worth not getting stuck with pins. Sewtites looks so much faster.
You don't have to put magnets all the way to the ends, as Adam mentions. I used 17 magnets on my 12-ft frame, for one leader. I probably could have used fewer, because I rarely do large quilts.

After watching videos on the magnets, I really think I want to do this. Thanks for the code too! Ordering three sets in the morning😊
I did my channels and stop lines right on the longarm.
Now that you have used these for a while inside the leaders how do you like them?

Do they have to face a certain way it never gets close enough to see
The backings don’t have a top or bottom, they are just a piece of metal. The tops would have a right and wrong size. 😉
I need some clarification. With a 12’ table, does a package of 20 sewtites fit all leaders or does it take 20 sewtites per leader?

Is the code still good, and if so where do I puchase?
Could you tell me what table you have your M7 fitting in please
