    6 young corn with skin
    40g plain flour, plus a little for sprinkling
    1 egg
    15g powdered cheese
    60cc water
    (Sauces made)
    Mayonnaise
    Sweet chili sauce
    Frying oil
    Young corn is in season in June.
    I used raw corn with skin! Why not try making it by leaving the skin and hairs on?
