Anyone feel bad for the other "evil" sides? they cant help what they do, its just what they represent, and they do try to help thomas out too, just in their own ways

@@princessthyemis he doesn't try to actively be destructive. He has his own ideas and he wants to be listened too.
I think of him kinda like Beetlejuice, 90s cartoon style. The ghost with the most, random but not evil. He wants to have fun, just that his version of fun can go a bit too far and he doesn't really know when to stop.
@@princessthyemis and morbid thoughts aren't by default evil. It they were, all horror creators would be by default evil too.

So far they have anxiety, creativity, logic, morality, deceit and intrusive thoughts. Purple anxiety, indigo logic, yellow deceit, blue morality, red creativity and green intrusive thoughts. That just leaves orange, which is yet to be determined. Maybe it's impulsivity, addiction, insanity, stupidity or instinct. There wasn't an orange side yet.😺👻
@Olivia Gomez Unanswered questions. What's Deceit's name? What side does orange represent? If I had to guess, I'd say Deceit's name is Billy like Bill Cipher. He looks like human Bill Cipher. That's coming from someone who saw the gijinka art of Bill Cipher. He has the yellow and black. He looks like Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls.

I want to imagine each sides has their own animal personality, like how Janus is a Snake, Patton is a Frog according to the last Sander Sides video and I could see both Roman and Remus's animal personality are Lions. Cause I see their relationship are similar to Mufasa & Scar.
Remus' is most likely an octopus because of the thumbnail for dwit
The sides as Pokémon- Logan- Uxie, the knowledge Pokémon and Psychic type which only seems _logical._ Patton- Glameow, catty Pokémon to go with his cat hoodie. Roman- Pyroar, the _royal_ Pokémon that’s Normal Fire which is a _creative_ type combination. Also, it’s a lion, the king of animals. Remus- Trubbish, smelly green Poison type. Janus- Dunsparce, a cute yellow snake. Virgil- Sableye, a spooky purple Dark Ghost type. Although arguably, Remus could be an Alolan Rattata. It has a mustache. Mustache rat. Also fun fact Alolan Ratata is Normal Dark which is a _creative_ type combination which makes sense since he's part of the creativity. Thanks for that, Sugimori.😺👻

@@rayroo1223 Before Putting Others First, possible names for Deceit- Billy, as a reference to _Bill_ Cipher from Gravity Falls. Tsuchinoko like a snake from Japanese folklore with a highly potent venom. Naga like a snake from Indian folklore with two heads. His emblem is a two-headed snake. Tatzelwurm like a snake with a cat-like head. In his first appearance, he disguised as Patton who wears a cat hoodie. Orochi like a snake from Japanese folklore with eight heads and Orochimaru from Naruto.🐍👻

Cool! I’m not the only one with this theory! I think all the sides we have so far are excellent parallels and foils to each other. Virgil and Logan, Patton and Deceit (hope we get his name soon), and Roman and Remus.
I agree also there are three good sides and three known dark sides so why would there be four dark sides and three of the others? I know virgil is now a good side but he used to be a dark one so it still counts
@@curlytopz274 maybe a light side that turned to the dark side? Maybe Confidence -> Arrogance or Security -> Overproduction? Idk, I'm just speculating the other side of the argument
There is cannonically at least one more. "The Others" where mentioned with both Deciet and Virgil present, so there are at least 2 other "Dark sides" than Deciet and Virgil. I love the foil and rainbow theory but they can get tricky when you put them together... Personally, I subscribe to the idea that Virgil has no foil, but is his own foil. He never split in developement like Deciet and Patton, and Roman and Remus. Virgils "Darker" half being Paranoia and his "Lighter" half being Vigilance. I put Lighter and Darker in quotes because all side are, by definition, morally grey. The only reason there are "Dark Sides" are because of Morality. I have trouble with the idea of Logan being split in developement like Creativity and Morality since Logic is kind of... objective? in a way. There really couldnt be a foil of "Logic", what Logan primarily represents. The only way a foil of Logan would work, is if it was not in "opposition" to Logic, but to Logan himself. Logan has not yet been entirely challenged by any Other Side that has appeared so far. Thus, it's likely for the plot to follow in that direction ESPECIALLY after this recent episode where he so clearly knew what he was doing. I think a foil for him must challange Logan as a character, and no side so far has truly been able to do that other than Patton, which has already been resolved for the most part in Heart vs Mind. If you follow the rainbow theory then you can assume this side will be orange, and there ya go.

I took a long time watching this because I was following the artist on tumblr. The moment I saw @PistachioLan and @Bakakaz from insta I my heart pumped like crazy they are one of my favorite artists. But let me tell you every single artist here did a wonderful job!!!❤ I love how you included traditional artists too! I like the storyboard in this and the emotions disappeared on their faces. I swear each time I see Virgin fighting (as in decent and Remus but not physically) the emotions? Big oof my heart is like a'ight mate imma head out now. I love it so much. All the artists deserve a shout out I swear I can't stop thinking about this the moment it came out. And I can't seem to stop watching >< Amazing Job everyone!!!😍👌❤

I actually relate a lot with Virgil. The fact that he doesn't want to be stuck with the same shtick, and labelled as a villain, but is traumatized by how much those Dark Sides could've made him suffer in the past, leading him to not trust anyone, and lash out.
