- In this DIY for Small Animals we will be making a carrier bag with mesh sides. I recommend making sure your fur babies nails are trimmed before putting them in and make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t get their nails caught.
***You can find the measurements for the bag in this video along with links to the various materials I used below. But have fun with it, the size can absolutely be adjusted to suite your fur baby/babies.

MEASUREMENTS:
This bag measures approximately 16” wide x 14” tall when done
To make this size bag, you will need:
4- outter pieces (5" W x 17" L)
4- inner pieces (5" W x 17" L)
8- pieces of interfacing (4" W x 16" L)
2- pieces of mesh (9" W x 17" L)
2- zipper tabs (2 1/2" x 1 1/2"
1 - 16" zipper
For the strapping you will need:
1- piece of poly strapping 1” x 53” (can be adjusted to the size that works for you)
2- pieces of outer fabric 3” x 3”
1- slide bar
2- swivel hooks

I would like very much to learn how to make a trap cover for feral cats. I know that there are different sizes but am having trouble finding a tutorial.
