The year is 2022. PointCrow has speedrun Ring Fit Adventure for 2 years now and has become the strongest speedrunner known to man.

Rumor has it he cant do ab presses cause he breaks the ring
Tbh i can See why its sold out everywhere, it legit looks like the best fitness game out there, some youtubers even went ahead and let some fitness coachs try it out and they said its a legit good routine and let's you take breaks inbetween
It's a really good game. I like how it eases you into it, reminds you to take breaks and does NOT yell at you if it's been awhile since you last played.
Besides, it's a lot more complex than people who've only played the first few levels give it credit for.
The further you go, the more characters, exercises, skills, moves and items you unlock.
A few worlds down the line and it's a completely different experience.

actually I would like every video game to use this technique. I have nothing against moving and it improves the experience by your movements being close to the ingame character's. Including the VR headset and stuff, I think that this might be the future of gaming. Well, at least for those who aren't lazy.

WOW the fact that you have the energy to keep making speed run videos is amazing! If I try to speed run anything I just get over 30+ hours of gameplay depending on the game. Love your vids man,keep it up!

Man I remember, during the pandemic people were scalping this game for 3000 bucks. Almost as if everyone suddenly wanted to work out at home.
I used to speed run this game with my late game account and was able to get third with 3:58 for world 1 any%. Grinding it was crazy exercise because the intensity level was 30. Glad to see I’m not the only person to do this

Speed running tip: You can jump over some monsters
in world 10 or something you get double jump and you can skip most of them

Well extreme difficulty is easier than casual difficulty because it gives you more reps per set which means more dmg per turn

If you time it right, you can skip the monster battles by jumping over them
I'm not sure you can do it from the beginning though. You can skip some by hovering over them if you come off something a bit higher than the ennemy (platform, boulder...) or by double jumping when you get the ability, but I don't think the earliest stages are designed to be able to jump over them.

If I had an actual sprain from playing fitness games too much I pretty much imagine my whole body disassembling by speed running this
I know exactly how hard it is, I've tried speedrunning wii fit plus
I got able to do push ups in 1 week with this game no kidding. I'm at intensities 30 now level 170 and world 21. I started in January got injured for 2 weeks and a half didn't do much but was running (got injured at a hand/finger) and could play the game while doing led and and stuff only with few presses and stuff because it was hurting like hell. This game is amazing 100% recommend it if you find it take it because it doesn't restock often.
