That flying carpet level looks like a Silent Hill-style fever dream
I played this as a little kid, and the entire carnival area was so surreal. The flying carpet level, clown mouth, and mummy level all have this super eerie ambient sound with no music. The flying carpet level with the floating island and the cloud walls were always really strange to me.
Well as long as it’s better than Planet Sheen then I view it as a masterpiece

I remember getting this for the Gamecube and running around for a few hours in that theme park hub before I eventually stumbled onto the carpet ride level where I realized I wasn't having fun at all. This game made me not want to buy the other Jimmy Neutron games, because it was one of the worst I had played at the time. I actually still have this game even though I haven't played it in 20 years.
If you can find it, play Attack of the Twonkies, it’s way better than this crap

Game's honestly pretty good overall. No real way to replay unless you restart/delete your save file, but it's probably better as a "one and done" game due to a lack of replay value.
