Hey Philly and Keely, I have spend the last week and a half watching every single video. From oldest to newest. And it was pure entertainment. You two have dedicated so much to live life large and still enjoy the little moments while sharing a tiny space with a van that loves to give you a hard time at times. And you still share it, still move forward. And then the moments you share with friends and make new friends. This is all something that you two take us on adventure with. We indirectly also visit all those countries and places. Love ya two and I can’t wait to see more videos. Stay awesome. One chapter at a time.

Thank goodness you found the keys, it’s heart stopping and panic inducing till you find them. Which is why we have now got a spare key hidden outside van and an Apple Air Tag as a back up. Fab video , you make our Sunday’s a funday 🤣

I’ve been to Scotland loads but never to the Outer Hebrides. Definitely worth a visit after seeing your video, that beach was amazing. Some hilarious moments this week, well apart from the lost keys! Such a well made video, favourite moment was the eagle attack!

Scotland is sooo beautiful! I enjoy seeing it through your eyes. You go to some of the coolest places! I was so glad when you found your keys!! I had a similar experience with a cell phone. The walk back to the beach was very long. Luckily somebody found it and was bringing it up as I was going back down 😅! I’m looking forward to seeing more of your content on Patreon 👍🏼. Stunning drone shots. Lewis and Harris are on my bucket list - I tried to get on a ferry from Ullapool in July a few years ago and couldn’t get on - it’s scary how busy it gets in the summer months. All the beaches in the north west are stunning - the colours in the water are so beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your travels around the islands and Scotland. Enjoy.
Mull is one of the most spectacular islands in the Hebrides, incredibly lush and the beaches are stunning. You can island hop to Ulva and Iona, very special. Skye is always busy.
We are hoping to explore Mull on our next trip back to Scotland, heard such incredible things about it. We absolutely love the Hebrides, it's been our favourite part of Scotland.

I'm not sure why I thought jellyfish were only in tropical waters for some reason. Never would have thought Scottish jellyfish. Those brown ones looked huge. I took some snapshots of the beach for screen saver. Not sure how it's gonna work being sideways but it was gorgeous. Carry on island hoppers! 🏖😎👙🐚🌊

Just a suggestion, but i put our keys in a leather pouch attached to a chain that clips to my belt..... same with the wallet... can never lose them or have them pickpocketed. So glad and relieved you found yours in the sand 🙂
July 20, 2024, Maryland, USA. Whoa, that is indeed a close call with your camper keys. I have done this, and it took time to find it. Since then, I ensure they are secured with a tote with a ring of sorts, and if not, find something to tie it to the handle. Even in my purse, I secure them. Oh, Keely, I was so worried that you would have a moment of tears. Keely, I am the same way in travel…stop now for a snack or meal. Philly, you are so supportive of Keely. On the East Coast of the USA, in Maryland, we have walking paths and areas that go into some mountains. Keely is a nature one, for sure. Again, thank you for the spirit you bring across the ocean to me in Maryland.

We have family in Scotland and I have only seen "1" Highland Cow and it was chewing on hay in a tiny coral with about 5 other ordinary cows and he did not want to speak to me at all. 😅 Nor did the other cows. Seems they get very into thier hay. I have complained forever....there is only One Highland Cow in Scotland. I think its a Midgies joke.. But I have great hopes that you will still find one. 👍 Perhaps I was in the wrong area.
Shetland is part of Scotland if you fancy some more island hopping. Overnight ferry from Aberdeen. Expensive ferry but so worth it this time of year. Braewick cafe & caravan park, St. Magnus Bay Hotel for food, and Eshaness cliffs. All Northmavine destinations as im biased having lived there for 11yrs x
Can’t believe how brave you were running into that Caribbean style sea knowing it was going to be oh so cold. Such a shame you swin high was ruined by those lost keys. So glad you found them 😅 thanks for taking me to the outer Hebrides. My great grandparents came from there so it’s somewhere I’ve been longing to visit.
The keys thing gave me the fear, i have a wee tip for you both, that throw and catch thing you do with keely with the keys, if she doesnt catch them there is a chance you can damage the chip inside the key that your ignition recognises if they hit the ground. You then wont be able to start your van and the ignition key becomes useless, just a wee thing to think about although to be fair she catches them brilliantly.
That's good to know about the chip! I think he is trying to train me to be a better catch and I think it's working 🤣🤣 maybe practice makes perfect after all!
Oh I felt your pain when you lost the van keys. I lost my van keys a couple of months ago. Ended up buying a metal detector from smyths toys and found them. Immediately bought a tracker to put on them 😅 (don't have a spare key either)

Well I'm back 😁. I've been watching you in warmer climes and having a smug look on my face when I've thought about how I've watched you in warmer climes and I've been in rubbish weather 😁. The little things eh 😂😂. I've been to Lewis and Harris twice and they are absolutely beautiful islands. I'd love to visit St Kilda one day. Id loved to have been a fly on the, I was going to say wall of the van but maybe the outside of the van when Keely lost the van keys 😂. If only Martha could talk 😂😂. I locked my keys inside my van once and then watched the AA guy break into my van in like 30 seconds😮... not very worrying much 😂. Looking forward to seeing your merch launch 😁. I have climbed those Scotish hills. They are calf, bum killers. I can still feel the pain. I love hills and mountains but they dont always love me. I feel just like Keely. Just wish I could catch keys as well😂

Regarding van key.. I bought a dummy key (no electronic chip.. that I had cut at a locksmiths).. which I have on a shoelace to hang around my neck when I go swimming.

One more thing I think you need is a Jetsurf Tube . Maybe you can talk them into sending you one of each . It’s two different companies though . If you get these items there’ll be funny videos forever . Might need to make room on the roof for the JetSurf Tube .

If it makes you feel any better. I left my phone and work van keys in the toilets at Luskentyre and thought they had ended up in the sea! Luckily an hour later I went back in and they were still there!

I’m a little surprised that you did not know about the Ferry issues faced by Calmac. These problems have been documented in local, national, international media and many camper van forums. I’m glad you got sorted though!👍 As for the keys, sometimes things happen. However, I keep my keys in a zipped pocket clipped onto an internal hook sewn into the pocket. It works for me👍 Happy trails y’all!

Loving your journey, we did five week trip . Only three days on Skyp so busy, yes we are all part of the busy. Still beautiful but not in the summer so back another time. We too did Lane 7 at Uig only because I omitted to book the van as well as us😢. Amazing staff, we got on and had an amazing time on Lewis and Harris. The avid knitter in me is to the moon seeing all these sheeps. I want to travel to Scotland now 😅. See these green pastures, these sheeps and that blue sea (I confirm, it looks like it does compare to the Carribean « Eagles, eagles, eagles…. !!! ». Philly sounded like he was cheering for a sports team 😂 I feel for Keely. Once, my husband to told me « put to passport in the truck so we’ll be ready to leave tomorrow morning first thing ». Me thinking « if the truck gets stolen, we’ll loose them, I’ll put them in my purse in the house ». Sure enough, I forgot I did that 😅. Next morning, we’re about to leave, my husband looks for the passport in the truck…nowhere to be found. We ransacked the house for an hour looking for them before I started crying trying to stop panicking to remember they were safe and sound in my purse. 🤦🏼♀️

I'm so with you Keely, porridge makes you hungry but I've found, cook it with water and cinnamon then add some honey and atleast 2 cups of fruit, you'll gift ya body much needed glycogen go start your day, most cravings are your body needing glycogen to do it's work... loving being in Scotland with you guy's, keep shining ❤

Mull is one of the most spectacular islands in the Hebrides, incredibly lush and the beaches are stunning. You can island hop to Ulva and Iona, very special. Skye is always busy.
We are hoping to explore Mull on our next trip back to Scotland, heard such incredible things about it. We absolutely love the Hebrides, it's been our favourite part of Scotland.

Glad you found your keys! Worst nightmare and I wear mine around my neck to be safe. Harris and Lewis are stunning. I tend to go in Autumn or Winter if ferry running. Had to order some of your stickers for the motorhome and my van. If passing just drop them in at Stirling! Thanks Dave

I'm not sure why I thought jellyfish were only in tropical waters for some reason. Never would have thought Scottish jellyfish. Those brown ones looked huge. I took some snapshots of the beach for screen saver. Not sure how it's gonna work being sideways but it was gorgeous. Carry on island hoppers! 🏖😎👙🐚🌊

Just a suggestion, but i put our keys in a leather pouch attached to a chain that clips to my belt..... same with the wallet... can never lose them or have them pickpocketed. So glad and relieved you found yours in the sand 🙂

July 20, 2024, Maryland, USA. Whoa, that is indeed a close call with your camper keys. I have done this, and it took time to find it. Since then, I ensure they are secured with a tote with a ring of sorts, and if not, find something to tie it to the handle. Even in my purse, I secure them. Oh, Keely, I was so worried that you would have a moment of tears. Keely, I am the same way in travel…stop now for a snack or meal. Philly, you are so supportive of Keely. On the East Coast of the USA, in Maryland, we have walking paths and areas that go into some mountains. Keely is a nature one, for sure. Again, thank you for the spirit you bring across the ocean to me in Maryland.

Absolutely a beautiful video. OMG. So glad you found your keys. Hope you have recovered from the Eagle Attack 😂 Dont worry about the Highland Cow. We have family in Scotland and I have only seen "1" Highland Cow and it was chewing on hay in a tiny coral with about 5 other ordinary cows and he did not want to speak to me at all. 😅 Nor did the other cows. Seems they get very into thier hay. I have complained forever....there is only One Highland Cow in Scotland. I think its a Midgies joke.. But I have great hopes that you will still find one. 👍 Perhaps I was in the wrong area.

Shetland is part of Scotland if you fancy some more island hopping. Overnight ferry from Aberdeen. Expensive ferry but so worth it this time of year. Braewick cafe & caravan park, St. Magnus Bay Hotel for food, and Eshaness cliffs. All Northmavine destinations as im biased having lived there for 11yrs x

Can’t believe how brave you were running into that Caribbean style sea knowing it was going to be oh so cold. Such a shame you swin high was ruined by those lost keys. So glad you found them 😅 thanks for taking me to the outer Hebrides. My great grandparents came from there so it’s somewhere I’ve been longing to visit.

The keys thing gave me the fear, i have a wee tip for you both, that throw and catch thing you do with keely with the keys, if she doesnt catch them there is a chance you can damage the chip inside the key that your ignition recognises if they hit the ground. You then wont be able to start your van and the ignition key becomes useless, just a wee thing to think about although to be fair she catches them brilliantly.
That's good to know about the chip! I think he is trying to train me to be a better catch and I think it's working 🤣🤣 maybe practice makes perfect after all!

Oh I felt your pain when you lost the van keys. I lost my van keys a couple of months ago. Ended up buying a metal detector from smyths toys and found them. Immediately bought a tracker to put on them 😅 (don't have a spare key either)
My brain was thinking metal detector would be needed!! So good to hear it worked for you. A tracker on them is smart!!

Oh, I so wish you could have seen an eagle. I love spotting birds of prey. So glad to be catching up on your videos after traveling most of the Summer. You two are such a lovely witty couple and I love the places you take us to. I felt your panic when you didn't have the keys to Martha, it's not just a campervan, it's your home. People don't realize how many of us are out there and not living in a "sticks and bricks", we've got home on wheels. I locked my keys inside my van once and then watched the AA guy break into my van in like 30 seconds😮... not very worrying much 😂.

I have climbed those Scotish hills. They are calf, bum killers. I can still feel the pain. I love hills and mountains but they dont always love me. I feel just like Keely. Just wish I could catch keys as well😂

Keely all this pain from all this hiking . Geez 😢 . So I’ve been looking for a way to help you . Please get on the internet and buy a Kingsong S18 . Also get 2 spare batteries . One more thing I think you need is a Jetsurf Tube . Maybe you can talk them into sending you one of each . It’s two different companies though . If you get these items there’ll be funny videos forever . Might need to make room on the roof for the JetSurf Tube .

If it makes you feel any better. I left my phone and work van keys in the toilets at Luskentyre and thought they had ended up in the sea! Luckily an hour later I went back in and they were still there!

I believe a film crew filmed the Golden Eagle for 24hrs and got a grand total of 7 minutes of flight footage. My fingers are crossed for you ❤️❤️
That's a lot more patience than us 🤣 I'm still living in hope we will see an eagle during our time in Scotland, but I haven't even managed a highland cow yet so I don't have high hopes 🤣
I’m a little surprised that you did not know about the Ferry issues faced by Calmac. These problems have been documented in local, national, international media and many camper van forums. I’m glad you got sorted though!👍 As for the keys, sometimes things happen. However, I keep my keys in a zipped pocket clipped onto an internal hook sewn into the pocket. It works for me👍 Happy trails y’all!
Yeah so fortunate to get on the ferry! Had no idea so many people would be looking to go to Lewis and Harris by ferry! It's been so incredible so I see why!!
Loving your journey, we did five week trip . Only three days on Skyp so busy, yes we are all part of the busy. Still beautiful but not in the summer so back another time. We too did Lane 7 at Uig only because I omitted to book the van as well as us😢. Amazing staff, we got on and had an amazing time on Lewis and Harris. I feel for Keely. Once, my husband to told me « put to passport in the truck so we’ll be ready to leave tomorrow morning first thing ». Me thinking « if the truck gets stolen, we’ll loose them, I’ll put them in my purse in the house ». Sure enough, I forgot I did that 😅. Next morning, we’re about to leave, my husband looks for the passport in the truck…nowhere to be found. We ransacked the house for an hour looking for them before I started crying trying to stop panicking to remember they were safe and sound in my purse. 🤦🏼♀️
🤣🤣🤣 brilliant story! Very much like something I would do. Scotland is incredible, we think it's one of our top five countries we would recommend people to visit. Nothing like the rest of the UK, feels very different.
I'm so with you Keely, porridge makes you hungry but I've found, cook it with water and cinnamon then add some honey and atleast 2 cups of fruit, you'll gift ya body much needed glycogen go start your day, most cravings are your body needing glycogen to do it's work... loving being in Scotland with you guy's, keep shining ❤
