Between driving, cleaning and working there is a lot less adventure living this way than people might realise, but we wouldn't change it for anything! A lot of day in the life vlogs might show admin days, but truth is you don't top up your water every day, or do laundry every day, so this is just a regular old daily life video for you all.

⤈ WHO WE ARE ⤈
We are Philly and Keely and we live full time in our tiny home on wheels Martha. After building our DIY home in a Citroen Relay camper we spent a year living on the streets of London before quitting our jobs only to be met with lockdown. Then we took our van further than she had ever been before to the very beautiful Turkey. Enroute, we stopped off in Spain for a few weeks where we experienced every van lifers worst nightmare, we were robbed and they stole all valuables in our van. But then we were back on our feet, fully MOT’d and back on the road through Europe before we experienced another vanlife nightmare... our van caught fire!! After the trauma of that we had a massive change of plan and made our way to Japan. We enjoyed a three-month Japanese Adventure and then got back to Martha for some new European Adventures. After an incredible three-month Scottish road trip, we have now packed up our van and are heading to Australia for a new van life adventure!

When you get to Sligo, veer inland. You have two waterfalls in Glencar Valley that you have to see. Glencar and Sruth in Aghaidh an Aird (the Devil’s Chimney). Most people stick to the WAW and miss so much scenery in North Leitrim and Sligo. Gleniff Horseshoe is spectacular and Eagle’s Rock in Glenade. Also, the drive around Lough Gill is beautiful.

OMG, rural Ireland is truly wild and ancient looking, with those gorgeous glacial valleys carved into the landscape. I love it and now I have to travel around Ireland in a van. I was feeling a little sad as we've no overnight hols booked this year. But you're right... we are so lucky to have such gorgeous places so near. Going to make the most of some great day trips this year and maybe a sneaky car camp with the dog.

Wow! What a fabulous waterfall! I love swimming in waterfall pools as all that oxygenation makes for very healthy, pure water! And sitting under the fall is the best shoulder massage ever! How green and beautiful Ireland is! I've never been there but am loving getting to come along for the ride with my two favourite humans (after my own kids!)

Must admit I have few gaps but only because I never got my second teeth in some places , on plus side I have no wisdom teeth 😁 coffee bit made me laugh as that’s so me 🤣

Awwww Keely, I felt for you when you were talking about your epilepsy. My 11yo has epilepsy since 9 months old. It's very well managed now but it was very scary in the beginning x. Beautiful waterfall there & great vlog as always x

You guys are so funny. I'm a tea only gal, so will NEVER understand your coffee obsession. Loved seeing the beautiful windy roads, lush green mountains scenery. Whenever me and my daughters see grass in the middle of the road, we call it geocaching territory. Have you ever tried geocaching?
We know of geocaching, but never done it, sounds fun though!

We are definitely going back to Ireland, we did Northern Ireland back in February to sort the dog's passports out.
We were surprised just how beautiful Ireland is, and we need to stay for more than a month.
As for your future plans, get yourselves up here to Norway . Chapter by Chapter could do a whole season of vlogs here.
You definitely have the driving skill sets for these roads, we are finding some of the mountain roads a bit challenging . 🇳🇴

Roads in rural Ireland - yeah, brings back memories of driving down through Wicklow. Following a Transit pickup out of Dublin, his door mirrors were already bothering the hedges on either side after passing a golf course and THEN we got to a sign that said the road narrows - I was in a Renault 19 and had no idea where the Transit would end up...

Yeah we used to be able to use punts at our local shop when we were kids, that was long time ago now (showing our age haha)
I don't mind watching the coffee content, I've had seven teeth removed over the years (that includes wisdom teeth) and I'm losing another one this week. I'll be eating a lot of soup and ice cream for a few days😄

Assaranca falls Ardara is stunning. You could have gone back to the main road but you would missed the scenery . Donegal is wild and beautiful. Hope you enjoyed it.

"We can go up or down" you forgot sideways. 😂 Ireland, like Scotland if we had great weather everybody would be here, so I'm kinda ok with our weather. People are already beginning to moan about campers especially on the NC500.
P.s. I did the NC500 long before it was known as the NC500 and a great many of the roads were like that single track you were on, and in my opinion these were the best roads with the best scenery and you could virtually park anywhere. 👍🏴

Assaranca waterfall outside Ardara. Not sure where the filling station was.
The little town we got petrol was glencolumbkille, there is a little folk village there, was very cute, but we didn't stop as knew we needed to get back round somewhere with internet later that night for work.
