What does "the property does not have a Technical Utilization Ficha so we cannot be communicated the useful area of the property." mean for a new buyer?
Hi, since 2004 that each property needs this Ficha Técnica da Habitação. It's a document that tells you everything about the property, areas, finishing materials, living permit, plans, etc. Before this date we don't have this. It's the only official document that states the useful area of property. All other documents refer to the Gross Built Area.
