Trying to read her lips - looked like she said "they seem low, though". And I agree with her and you, pretty far off their season high (5 points?), very unusual.

You're right. At the very end it looks like she says something like, "That seems low" to Igor.

After watching this again, Meryl and Charlie were so low-balled on their scores. Technical special being Canadian surely helped Tessa and Scott.
