I was actually really surprised. I went in with the mindset of returning my broken voyager and getting it replaced under warranty. Then the enV touch caught my eye. as well as price. then I was up for a two year upgrade so I said Definately! Then I found it it was originally the Voyager 2. Probably why it caught my eye because I always enjoyed the voyagers.
lol!! dude it was amazing today i just went to the verizon store with my dad with the mind of getting a black berry curve and the lady who was working there said that i didn't need the phone and showed me the ev touch lol i left with the mind of the touch its awsome! and i saw the price your right 99 dollars good taste my friend, good taste
you can have either 1 yr or 2 yr contracts. personally i have a one yr. verizon usually sets guidelines on what phone you can get for free but its ALOT cheaper when u buy a phone when its time to upgrade

Lets put it this way. I hated the storm so It may be biased but I enjoy this screen way more. I haven't had a problem with anything on the touchscreen except really small links on webpages. Other then that its perfect, but that was even a problem on the voyager. And I find this touchscreen 10x better than the voyager, and the voyagers was fine for me. So I think you'll be fine with the touchscreen. After all, it does its job.
no i dont think so. the data plan covers internet usage and free v-cast videos and music. verizon changed it from using airtime minutes to being charged $1.99/MB download. so the data plan is just unlimited MB usage or whatever you would call it.

If you use Verizon for your phone system do not put your account on automatic pay through your bank, if you do Verizon will not cancel when you ask them to. My wife has one and we have been trying to cancel the account and the only way you can stop payment is to close the bank account

I had the env3 and it wouldn't stop going off. Everytime I sent a text, when I looked for a reply the Phone would be off. So my cousin got a blackberry and he gave me his env touch witch is alot better than the env3 but Id rather get a better phone. When my upgrade comes next month I'm getting a blackberry bold.

i have this phone, and after having it for so long it kinda sucks; restarts all the time, every once in a while it resets everything, touchscreen lags, takes f o r e v e r to get to my pictures, and the camera SUCKS! wouldn't recommend it unless you plan on keeping it for a couple months.

Its Better than the rouge or reality
ive gone thru 4 samsung glydes 3 of them were the new ones. i am upgrading to this phone in 2 months. if that helps your in deciding. other than that it is widely known how shitty the glyde is. get this phone and avoid disappointments.

I think it's a pretty decent deal for $150, consider to dual super high-res displays.
Navigation for this phone is sick
You can either sign up for a special VZ Navigator plan or you can pay for it as you go. It's expensive though

Idk about the apps, you could probably look at the VerizonWireless site for that.
you can do it on both. the touch screen,you can text like on the dare. or turn it sideways like a QWERTY layout. and use the keyboard.
also if u turn the phone vertical on the touch screen while trying to text it will look like the keyboard of a regular flip phone
