great pod cast again lads. I always enjoy when got lads on talking about mental health we need see that its ok to talk about our feelings. I feel it def needs to be in our class rooms at young age
The Unthered Soul is another fantastic book by Michael Singer about watching the higher self and therefore being an observer of your thoughts ..the ego ..it is one of the the books that changed my life when I realised how perception of thoughts can trigger negative feelings...triggering a physiological response .. such a powerful read too in my opinion ..thanks again guys ifor all u do ❤❤❤

I’m a mess,my life is a mess to this day and has been for years,suicide was my option drink was another option,drugs as well,I’m now crippled living in a nursing home,may God help me I’m bleedin fucked ,boo hoo woe is me but hey optimism is my diamond and hope is my appreciation
