Today, I’m floating in laugh-out-loud positivity frequencies of joy, gratitude and deep inner peace which began during the 15 minute Sunday meditation. My physical energy did a 360 shift: a full night’s sleep returned after 6 months of strange disruption & exhausting experiences, my body’s balance aligned on both sides & recovered, and a recent underlying agitation & sharp back & hip pain are gone. 🙏🏼So yes Pam, something changed in my physical wellness literally overnight. My PT said he can see the physical change in my muscles and lower spine. This is all very fascinating but also very real experience.

You never know what the 'x' factor is that can change things in our favor'. I was right in that, and what now can feel like hopeless times as the wolves close in- must remember to hold the line of hope - because you never know what the X factor is that changes everything! And while at it use powerful manifestation techniques of the desired outcome (how you see your environment the people you want to save be and how are they feeling enjoying their collective place of work and being fully employed and productive)? Try to visualize from the desired state rather than from what currently seems to be in the way.
