Hey Pat, I've been following you for a year, around the time that you started deadlifting 5 plates for reps, roughly a year ago. But I went to your instagram and I stumbled upon a post of you 7 years ago pulling 560x4. So I'm wondering, are you rebuilding your strength or were you way heavier when you did that 560 for 4? Or did you take a break in between 2017 and 2023? Maybe you covered this already but I didn't/know anything about this from your past, could you explain please?
By the way, I was Alex Bromley's editor back when we did that 'how to get monstruous shoulders' or something, I decided to clip you in because I had been following you for a while at that point lol.
Hey thanks so much for using that clip of me!!! Love Bromley's channel. 560??? I can't even remember that. I used to do some decently heavy deadlifts a long time ago. I had really bad form deadlifts back in the day unfortunately :( All lower back. Grip and rip and what not. So I didn't deadlift for a long time. And just starting building back up actually using my hamstrings this time, lock in the lats and all that. Yeah I've talked about it off and on. I should honestly do a before and after form comparison video on it haha if I still have any old footage.
Also, anytime you want to use footage please go for it . One of my subscribers messaged me about that when they saw it on bromley’s channel. It was a cool moment💪🏻
Monday is chest and triceps. Tuesday Tuesday is back and biceps. Wednesday is log press and shoulders. Thursday is deadlifts, front squat and Calves, Friday is just triceps. Saturday back in biceps. And Sunday is farmer carries squats and calves.

Mate, good work first of all but can I ask .....did I hear you say these workouts get close to an hour long? How can this be?
Yeah this one was about an hour? On the warmups for bench I rest 4 min in between each set. That's a big part of it. Thanks for supporting!
