I wanted to share my new program with you and see what you think... everything is in "super sets" Upper: - Pullups- 2x - pushups- 2x - incline bench- 2x - db row- 2x - Skulls- 2x - curls- 2x Lower: - Shoulder press- 2x - Rear delts- 2x - Squats- 2x - Ham curls- 2x - Calves- 4x - Forearms - 2x

Keep it up I went on a 3 mile run with my friend and I did catch with my left hand till it hit my right wrist and now it hurts
