I felt like the directors did Beth’s character so dirty, I feel like she had so much more potential, like we could of seen her grow up a bit more, could of had her calm the group (Since she helped with morality within the group) and give her a chance to live her life a bit more. She was such a badass, strong, yet sweet character, she deserved more.
Yea Beth was one of the best characters in the show and yes I totally agree 100 percent that the directors did Beth's character so so dirty they should have kept her in the show alot longer just like they should kept glenn and Abraham and Carl in the show alot longer
Beth was a gentle creature. To soft and sweet for the world. She died trying to save a friend she only knew for a few days. That's the kind of person she was. She was so much braver than she gave herself credit for.
Maggie as well. She saw her entire family die, she saw the man she loved die. She found a new group and they died. If it wasn't for her son girlie would litteraly have no one left
Nah, second most pointless death. She got replaced by characters who were much worse (who are dead too) but she had a lot of potential especially with all the character building they did for her.
What I think on Maggie not looking for Beth is that last she knew, Glenn was on the bus, which gave her a lead, where she had no clue where Beth was, because when she went to get back on the bus and noticed Beth wasn't on it, she got back off to look for Beth but got stuck with Bob and Sasha, so she had no idea where Beth was or if she was even alive to search for. So in that situation I think she was looking for the loved one that she had a lead on where he was and knew he was alive when she left him. And then I can't remember, but I think Daryl told her that some people in a car took her when he showed up so the odds of them ever finding her was low. She was also grieving for her dad and most likely in shock. That's just how I see that situation
@@ChiralityPracticality Didn't Beth leave a trail of breadcrumbs to follow so they could find her? Well, I guess that was Beth's fault then, not Maggie's. 😁

Beth was my favorite. I do not care what anyone had to say about Beth the character or Emily as the actress. Beth was so sweet and kind and was good at helping Daryl to keep going when they got separated from everyone. She had so much potential to grow as a character, but as always, Gimple thought he knew best about everything.
From what I can remember lots of the cast actually cried and felt sad. After beth stabs the cop I forgot who but one of them turns around to break down crying and they couldn’t show it bc they are supposed to cry once they leave the hospital

Beth has just realized that Dawn's power lies completely in making others subservient to her, and Dawn knows it. Dawn needs a ward who will listen to her and obey her. Noah filled that part prior to Beth's arrival. When Noah escapes, Dawn now needs to bind Beth to her, so she starts being nicer to her, covering up for her involvement in Gorman's death, and helping her get drugs for Carol ... etc. At the time Beth interpreted these actions as Dawn genuinely wanting to be a better person. But when the hostage exchange happens, and Dawn demands Noah's return Beth suddenly understands. Dawn needs a ward. Now that Beth was slipping out of her hand, she needed to have Noah back. "I knew you would be back" was Dawn projecting her desperation for someone to need her as a false hope. With Dawn's true motivations exposed, Beth wanted to end the cycle of abuse that resulted from Dawn's broken psyche and decided to kill her. Note how the atmosphere in the hospital immediately changes when Dawn is dead, the female officer says, She (Dawn) was the problem, and the hospital residents offer shelter and alliance to Rick's group with no strings attached. Also, earlier in the episode, or the previous one, Noah says the exact same phrase, "I get it now", when referring to Dawn as she seeks weak people to serve under her. Later on, Dawn tells Beth "I thought you were weak, but you're not", after she learns of Beth's escape attempt. She gladly gives up Beth as an exchange because she doesn't want someone stronger than her. Dawn feels threatened by Beth's strength. When Beth says "I get it now", and attacks it's probably because she knows Noah will be badly mistreated again and is protecting him.
