      I loved her movies, especially the romantic comedies with Rock Hudson and James Garner.
      She was great in dramatic roles too, but I just loved her in comedies.
      I will never forget her!

    As a young boy in the 50s, I fell absolutely in love with Doris Day. She was a beautiful amazing woman and I love her still.

    I enjoyed learning about Doris Day. I knew some things, but not all you covered.
    My question to you is this: why do you put images that are photoshopped in the slash of your videos? This splash shows a young Doris,
    clearly bra-less, where this was never the case for her. Her head is photoshopped over someone else’s body, and you do it to grab people to view your video. Your content is good enough to warrant viewing, please stop the cheap fake grab shots.

    Yes I miss Doris day a beautiful wonderful women inside and out. She passed on may 13th which was my second wifes Birthday and my 2nd wife passed on January 30th of 2013. Thank you Doris Day for your wonderful life and giving me and others good hope and laughter

      I loved her so much. I wasn't allowed to go to movies when I was a kid, I snuck out with a friend to see Calamity Jane, fell in love with Howard Keel and Doris. Loved Doris throughout my life, had my hair cut short like hers, looked awful on me but it was like Doris, although mine was super curly. But she was magnificent. Still love her.

    Doris was a truly lovely and talented singer and actress! Hey, what ever happened to her co hosts on the Doris Day Show?? Her dad, her boys, and all of her original coworkers on the show just weren't on there anymore all of a sudden. That really shocked and disappointed me they were all so very close and the whole original cast being together just made the show so much fun to watch! I was saddened to see them not on there anymore. Just wasn't the same. ❤😢

    8:05 She was one of the few top stars. Loved her so much. Didnt know who she was until i was 14 and snuck out to see Calamity Jane. Fell in love with howard keel and loved Doris from that day on. Hours and hours of enjoyment from her. Love her to this day. I loved her and James Garner together. Didnt matter who she made a film with, James Cagney, cary grant, they all were wonderful when with her, Gordon Maccray, such wonderful memories. Thank you Doris. Im 82 now, if one of her movies is on, I'm watching it.

    Met her a couple of times as part of my part time job delivering while I was in college. She was genuine and always encouraging. Couldn’t be faked.

    She was the kind of woman a real man would want to marry. I am a baby boomer who grew up in NYC during the Mad Men era. I first saw a Dorid Day movie in 1968 with my late mother and our tenant and my little brother in Richmond Hill, Queens in a movie theater on Liberty Avenue.

He bought the house in December 1963 ,we moved ther on April 1964. Great days to be a kid in those days in my old hometown.

    My God did GOOD! She always had a kind and happy smile. And did not try to use sex appeal. She was just a really nice looking lady and reminded me as a kid of my own mom. And her voice! What a voice. A bit raspy but always got my attention.

    These are not dark secrets. Tou do not need to misrepresent the info to attract watchers, Miss Days name is sufficient, but misrepresenting the contact is sufficient to garner not only dislikes, but also put people off, thereby losing would be followers.
