The description says Beethoven and Scriabin's inspiration is clear - The beginning sounds like Beethoven's Les Audieux 2nd mvt ;) 2:24 has a very Scriabinian feeling.

The Scriabin influence is definitely greater. The Beethoven influence is barely noticeable IMO, even in the passage you referenced.
