Hi Pik wow this looks good and I love it and will make the version you made for yourself and I can see why this is one of your family favorites. I will go to a market in the next town to find the radish you used because the store in the town I moved to doesn't have much. Like 36 my friend

Such a great looking dish Pik. Has all the flavors I love and enjoy. It reminds me of the vacation I took to Bangkok. All the wonderful food there. I was in heaven!
Hey, have you ever tried to blanch your neck bones before creating the broth? It removes all the blood and impurities which keeps you from having to skim so much during the cook. I learned this technique not too long ago and it has really made a difference in my clear broths. Hope this helps.
