    Great video. I have the 23. Its awesome. The one xon is the step depth is very narrow. Probably unnoticeable to guys with feet smaller than the huge duck feet I've been cursed with.

    I have found not to put your hands through the rungs like you are doing at 3:07 .The best way is to stand sideways to the ladder and slide it up from the back .Then hold it with the other hand while you reach down from the back to raise it higher again . It's much easier and safer to do it that way .I can do this while balancing the ladder away from the wall .

      No these ladders don't kick butt because gorilla and home depot doesn't carry most of the accessory used with their so called multipurpose ladders, Buy a werner and be done with it. And for an actual roofing job a regular extension ladder is far more safer and cheaper

    How tall is the max height on the a-frame position??

    • @TheWarehouseSeries
      @TheWarehouseSeries  3 года назад +3

      The very top step in 8.5 feet. Subtract 1 ft for every top of a step. Honestly I couldn't believe how high the "A" frame is. Never used it that high before.

  • @ddietr

    HI, Bought the same ladder around 10 years ago. At 1:04 you pull the peg out. That is what just broke. THe peg came out of ladder. Any idea's on repair? I called Gorilla. No parts, it is too old. Sent me a $50 GC from HD.

    • @TheWarehouseSeries
      @TheWarehouseSeries  3 года назад +2

      I have no idea for those locking pegs. It stinks but if you think the ladder was worth the money for 10 yrs I would buy another. If you don't use it as much maybe go with the Harbor Freight ladder since it's cheaper. May not be the response you were looking for. If anyone else has any ideas , leave a response.

      I put a dollar amount on everything. If I used the ladder daily for a business and it broke after 10 yrs I'm buying a new on very quick. On the other hand if I owned it for 10 years but only used it a few times a year I'm doing some research on another ladder.

    Kinda wondering how much home depot and gorilla is paying you guys. I have yet to seeing any reviewer use these ladders to actually get on a full roof more than 12 feet high. Reason why is because the ladder is unsafe and in gorilla case most of the accessory's has to be bought from Werner ladders. PS I own a gorilla 22 foot ladder and it is a waste of money to work on any thing over 14 feet high. Worse ladder I ever bought. Also just try finding the actual scaffolding that goes to the gorilla ladders and you will probably half to buy it from guess who "Werner"

      Im definitely not pd with 300 subscribers, lol. I have used it to 2nd to last setting to hang Christmas lights. Me personally never had any issues with the ladder. Believe me if I have something negative to say about a product I will.

    • @ernestfultz6159
      @ernestfultz6159 3 года назад +2

      @@TheWarehouseSeries Maybe not you personally, But some of the reviewers on their ladders are either getting compensated with cash or with free products. I had issues from day one with this ladder, their scaffolding doesn't even fit their own ladder, and every other option available is in a different ladder, Most accessory's you have to buy a Werner version. My advice for most people is buy ladder from some one else who actually supports their products instead of piece working every thing for pure profits. When you buy a multi purpose product you expect multi purpose not having to buy parts every were else. Or ten different versions of the same product.

    • @TheWarehouseSeries
      @TheWarehouseSeries  3 года назад +1

      @@ernestfultz6159 There's no doubt people get paid to say good things about products. I never bought the scaffold attachment, I always used a board. I use it around the house. If I used it more frequently , like for a business it's very possible I may have a different opinion. I appreciate the comments, have a good one.
