I'm really glad to see that jean is still trading she went through a rough patch with the COVID lockdown .as did many others that trade along the canal system.. It makes me wonder if it was necessary ,??? I see that a few boaters have been asking to take part in a TV documentary about life on a narrow boat..??? My hope they show what it is truly like . Great video Will, I live in Trafford, Urmston to be more specific and it's great to hear people talking positively about it for a change, I like living here but I am a bit biased. I walk the Bridgewater 3 or 4 times a week past all the places you passed. We drive to worsley and have a walk down the canal there too, we end up having a drink in the Moorings pub and then walking back again.. There is a floating restaurant that leaves Worsley basin every Sat and Sun at 1pm you have to book but it takes you on a 3 hour trip on the canal and they tell you about the history of the canal etc, I can highly recommend it bin on it several times now. Keep on cruising my friend 👍filthy thumbs up !

hi will , saw the news of the earthquake , glad shui is ok , that must have been terryfying seeing that boulder hurtling towards you , that was a lovely view of the mersey , it always used to feel strange to me going over aquaducts , it used to unnerve me lol , i went for the day to a big centre like trafford , but at tinsley , by the end of the day , my back & feet were killing me , think i'll take my slippers next time . 😅
Quite a dramatic start in this vlog. We gave fallen trees and land slides but nothing like that. It felt weird going over the river. Amazing how the water stays in. 🤣🤣 Take care Lori. 👍👍

Peel Holdings who own the MSC don't like buying paint! Have a look at the swing bridges in Warrington badly in need of a lick of paint. You can't have volunteers painting those bridges, it's far too dangerous, the HSE would have kittens, it looks like a mega scaffolding job, life jackets the lot!the MSC is a lot deeper than the Bridgewater!
