Hi Ben another lake and house has gone up for sale that has some huge carp in it already not far from you Chipping Norton called Chad Lakes listed at £1,150,000
The real question is why there are so many fisheries suddenly becoming available? It’s obvious to me that majority require a big chunk of investment to get them up to standards and likely that the business itself is not doing as well as it should. I don’t think people realise how much effort goes into maintaining them either. After 20 years of managing aquariums and small ponds, I can tell you now that it’s a constant battle to maintain water chemistry and nutrients. I can only imagine how difficult it is when you have tons of anglers constantly throwing foods into the water column. Bigger volume certainly helps with water parameters but the downside would be additional equipment and maintenance. If I was in Bens shoes, I’d focus on his own lake first. See how well that goes and maybe in 5 years look at moving to something as big as this video.

A please watch my previous video explaining everything i do. And B dod you watch to the end of this video? I came to the conclusion this wasn’t viable for a purchase 👍
@@benedictfowler I saw Ben. Respect to you and your journey but I wouldn’t ever consider it. Passive income I agree with but angling is not the one. You are/were cash rich but high risk transactions are dangerous. I love Hunts Corner, caught my first 30 out of it.
I just don't get how you're supposed to make money with mortgage payments that high. A 7% interest rate on 1mill+ is an amount of monthly interest I wouldn't even want to think about
You’re an inspiration and full of beans. Thanks boss
surely you would work out what you were going to make before you started this project ????
Why do all guys in the fishing competition look like Ben
quarter fishery in south lanarkshire is probz fr sale ir oease check it out

Thought you was building your own lake? Just stick to that 😂

Obviously wants a medal. Why not just say something about the content of the article?
hunts & Oxlease ?
Why don't you buy some crypto mate like solanna, xrp, hbar, qnt and chainlink if you got 20 grand spare or more you'll easily do over a million dollars
Brill mate
Spent the sale of his dad's business on some cars now wants to waste the rest on a pond. Obvious he's living on the capital which is only going to run out. Maybe time to get a job
He makes £30k a year off the podcast and he rents out a property which is like another 15k so he’s doing alright mate
10 years ago, you could have bought the whole yateley complex for that money
Think that’s any anglers dream.
Need to base long term rate off 8% minimum
Stick to property long term rental. Go long on property and OPM
Sounds like you spent most of what you had on a few cars, that’s pretty stupid 😂
