  • Here today we test the Sigma 24-70 f2.8 @ 70mm
The 6K Full Frame settings are as followed:
    6K Open Gate
    BRAW - 8:1
    24fps
Cloudy WB - Manual Set to 6500 in Resolve
No lights were used in this test. Wonder if anyone noticed that I did use negative fill to create more of a shadow on my face.
How do you like the image ?
Any other tests you would like to see?
Comment below and I will get right to it!
    Thanks everyone

The image itself is spectacular! It looks like a Hollywood production with a Pro DP! The color grade is sick!

put this sensor in a £6k box camera with SDI, ND's, full size XLR, and it'll beat all the competition

Oh my goodness i love this color grade. could you walk me through how you did it?

Was truly a basic grade nothing crazy. More so how it was filmed why the end result looks this way. Used negative fill to create more contrast. Other than that it’s a Log>Rec 709>High Contrast grade

Looks great man. Trying to figure out if I want this body. I'm kind of getting tired of my Canon R6 overheating lol

Used to be a huge Canon Fanboy but from a film standpoint there’s so many other devices you can work with
If you’re already invested in RF lenses, I’d say pick up the new RED

@@ClaudeRobTVI haven’t bought any RF lenses yet, but I want to keep the R6 because it’s great for photography. And thanks for the recommendation. Which Red specifically are you referring to? Is it budget friendly like the blackmagic? Lol

didnt you have any issues with aperture control using sigma 24-70 + bmcc 6k?

looks awesome! Can definitely see you dipping in and out of focus though, as nice as the bokeh is it might be worth stopping down for future talking heads sadly

Thought about going to f4 just because but wanted to see how accurate the app works with setting focus with a mechanical lenses.
Short answer: works great over Bluetooth
