We have this about every 2 or 3 weeks. My wife starts off with the beef, either some that I grind or Wagyu 80/20 for better flavor. Then she drains any excess oil off and prepares the rest, it's awesome. Also, please have companies quit sending you new equipment for demoing. Before Christmas, after watching you and the Kalorik Maxx Grill, I bought one of those, I love it btw. After watching your videos about the 22" Vevor grill... I ordered 1 of those. So, thanks for those videos but see if you can hold off for a while on any more new equipment...lol. 🤣
It really is a great dish for sure. I was thinking about grinding chuck for the video but I wanted to keep it simple and that way I wouldn't have to show off any other devices. Lol I'm glad you are loving your Kalorik Maxx Grill. It is a great device for sure! On another note a company called Ink Bird Just sent me a wireless Bluetooth temperature probe to review. I will be testing it in my smoker in addition to in the Maxx using the rotisserie. I love gadgets so I'm thoroughly looking forward to doing this one for everyone to see.
