Thanks, nice swing concept, keep still and something has to move, i.e your arms

Cheers Mike, obviously will need training but yes one to one coaching have helped golfers achieve more speed despite restrictions.
      Many thanks for the message.

Hi again Warren, absolutely loving the 1 per day July. With this one "less is more" so why would you introduce more rotation etc.? Why not just go with the arm swing as it looks very controllable!!
Looking forward to your reply and thanks again for your time on these vids 👍😎

      Hi Bruce,
I wouldn’t introduce rotation just for the sake of it per se, being able to blend some more rotation does give you an element of more power, but mainly it’s for the gopher who has too much arm motion and hooks the ball, so will need to control Club face rotation more.
Majority of golfers overuse there shoulders and body, so they will need to feel their arm swing to be neutral.
      Hope that helps Bruce

Excellent advice, yesterday i had a stinker of a front 9 there was a hold up on tenth tee, so i swung the club with my feet together just clipping a tee. Worked, regained my tempo on the back 9 it's so easy to get out of sync

Cheers Richy that is one of the best exercises to help blend all the motion together so well done and thank you for letting me know.
Wishing you well and a better front 9 next time 😉

I have tried so many swing methods and speed trainers to gain club head speed and I am stuck below 80 mph with my driver. My max driver distance is now down to 170 yards. For me, less is less, not more.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your message.
This video is really speaking to the person who cannot physically move too much, and for the goal for who over uses their body and under uses their arms. so if you’re in the physical place where you can blend body rotation and leg movement to produce more speed and power, I would try and blend all those other body parts together.
      Many thanks

Warren, Would you suggest keeping the head steady (&looking at the ball) till after delivery of the strike?
Thanks so much….glad you and Trev seem to be doing well🤗

      Hi Dave,
Keeping the head still during and after the Strike I would encourage for the golfer who has a tendency to open their body too much, so if that’s you then I would definitely recommend it yes
Thanks for the message and the question and I hope it helps.

Hi Jesse, I said to a friend before the open started I fed Justin Rose as I saw him on social media qualifying for the open, and I thought his swing looked as good as it’s ever been, so I said to my friend, I fancy Rose for top three.
Tough conditions all round Xander was amazing .
      Cheers
