Same with CP9. We don't know why CP9 became Assassins in the first place. Who their predecessors were. Who were their successors after the original CP9 joined CP0. What their backstories were. There is literally just one clip of Lucci assassinating a group of people on a ship. They are just a group of One Dimensional Villains who only exist to get beaten up by the Straw Hats. The Warlords are a group of One Dimensional Plot Devices. Crocodile is just one dimensional hate sink villain. His backstory is completely unknown. He just exists to get beaten up by Luffy. Doflamingo is just a hate sink villain. He is just evil for the sake of being evil. He only exists to get beaten up by Luffy. Jinbe is a poorly written plot device. He has no real character or personality. Then there is Mihawk whose entire character and backstory is a "I am the strongest swordsman and that's all you need to know". Gecko Moria is another one dimensional hate sink villain who only exists to get beaten up by Luffy. Kuma is a one dimensional plot device with no character, personality or backstory. He only exists as a deus ex machina to save the Straw Hats when they are in trouble e.g. Sabaody Island. Then he is just a mindless cyborg from then on. Buggy is a cringeworthy circus clown with no real character, depth or personality. Boa Hancock literally only exists for the sole purpose of fanservice. Same with the Supernovas. Law & Luffy are literally the only members of the Supernovas who have an actual backstory. And their backstories are incredibly shallow. All members of the Supernovas are completely one dimensional. Literally nothing is known about the Revolutionaries, how they started as a organization, what their organization actually does, what they have been doing to stop the government or why they hate the government so much in the first place. They don't have any character arcs to begin. I stated objective facts. You are just making baseless claims without proof. You have absolutely no proof and no evidence. Jango > vizla , he killed several jedi with his bare hands, all inquisitors < jocasta nu , the grand inquisitor lost against her, obi wan his much stronger than maul by the end of the clone wars, anakin shouldnt be that high, he was only this strong on mortis during the ritual , not the rest of the time .
The comic series where Jango kills the Jedi with this hands (Open Season) is not canon, although one could assume that it is, because The Mandalorian recanonised some of Jangos past (him being a foundling and that his mentor was Jaster Mereel).

Anakin was only the strongest potential wise. Anakin didnt achieve his full potential so he should be atleast lower than mace windu. Luke actually surpassed Anakin in canon and legends not only that, George Lucas confirmed that Luke was the strongest jedi to ever live. But its reasonable that you put Yoda above Luke since we havent seen Luke do any crazy powers but he did force project which is a power that not even Yoda knew how to practition. Luke did repell Palpatine’s lightning in the Return Of The Jedi novelization which IS canon. This explains how powerful Luke really is and how he adapts and learns quickly.
If we go by Mortis anakin I think he is right where he belongs even though that’s not his base mode. And Luke should be the highest mortal character except for anakin since in canon Luke brought down a star destroyer with the force at the battle of jakku

The only thing I would have to complain about the list would be that the father, at least shortly before the end of the mortis gods, was no longer able to tame the power of the son, which is why I would have put the son in first place

The Inquisitors are mostly just former Padawans. Nahdar Vebb was a fully fledged Jedi Knight and not just a padawan, so it makes sense for him to be higher ranked than them.
Just saying..... Pre Vizsla was giving a hard fight against Maul and Obi Wan. If you think he can't beat the Lower Inquisitors than that is wrong. I would say he was close to the Grand Inquisitor probably not above him but at least same area.

In my opinion this list is ok. Grievous is so underrated and Quinlen and Ahsoka is so so overrated. Where is Rex? The first 10 is good, maybe I would put Ani fallen to the first place.

Kirak is a bit overrated. He used a bunch of traps to weaken Vader before even confronting him. Vader did not have a light saber at this time and was at a disadvantage for that, on top this being Vader’s first fight since being in the Vader suit.

I am not sure which age you are ranking Ahsoka at but Rebels Ahsoka is better than Maul. Kanan was able to push him back and Ahsoka was able to fight him near equally at end of Clone wars. I'd put her between Maul and Obi Wan.

Pretty good list though I feel some are not placed correctly... Also some are not on the list that maybe should be, but might be those are no longer considered canon.. But at the end of the day its based on opinions anyways... The Inquisitors are mostly just former Padawans. Nahdar Vebb was a fully fledged Jedi Knight and not just a padawan, so it makes sense for him to be higher ranked than them.

Just saying..... Pre Vizsla was giving a hard fight against Maul and Obi Wan. If you think he can't beat the Lower Inquisitors than that is wrong. I would say he was close to the Grand Inquisitor probably not above him but at least same area.

Kirak is a bit overrated. He used a bunch of traps to weaken Vader before even confronting him. Vader did not have a light saber at this time and was at a disadvantage for that, on top this being Vader’s first fight since being in the Vader suit.
