All the defeats in beast wars plus having the original Megatrons spark in his body did change him. "Optimus only won because of Deus ex Machina and dumb luck!" Deux ex Machina is the only reason he was not in prison or dead. They were in warp when he magically broke free. He would have A) been trapped in warp space or B) fell out of warp upon leaving the hull of the ship and been in a random date in the spot he left the hull. There is no way in hell he broke off the ship and got to Cybertron before the Maximals because he has no thrust as the dragon version flies by wings and he doesn't have a trans warp drive. On top of that he would have had to beat the ship there, land then somehow go unnoticed by an advanced planet filled with people that would be hunting him down as I'm sure the Maximals would have already made contact a long ass time ago, make a virus when he is an idiot when it comes to science, then spread it to an entire planet of robots which doesn't even make sense because it removes organics and while on Cybertron transformers transform into different machines not organics. And even the "organic" beast modes were not organic any time they took minor damage in that form you see mechanicals right underneath the "skin". @Kayrannkanal20 well sure, but I think it speaks to David Kayes range that those three characters, Megatron, and Scorpinok back from Beast Wars all sound very different. Noble however sounds very much like Megatron, just softer spoken during his ruse.
@Kayrannkanal20 that's not the same show though. Noble being Megatron was a legit plot point that could be caught on to and I'm musing on the fact that I'm only seeing the bread crumbs leading to it now that I'm older and have already consumed the media. I really don't know what you're doing at this point.
@Kayrannkanal20 you're not contesting what I've said though. Nobles voice was a piece of evidence pointing to his true identity. He can't modify it much after all, since his body is completely organic, so Megatron did what he could. The way he spoke and sounded around the maximals was a conscious decision to lay the groundwork for this reveal. And why do you keep bringing up G1 Optimus? Megatron impersonated him for 4 lines of dialog in one episode, both being understandable as to why he didn't use Optimus Primes actual voice. IRL they probably didn't want to bring Peter Cullen in for one episode, and in universe he probably doesn't know what the Autobot sounds like. So again, what are you trying to do here?
@Kayrannkanal20 That's how foreshadowing works! I even said that it seems obvious IN HINDSIGHT! Plenty of shows, games, and books put evidence of a twist early on that doesn't get noticed until second go. It may not seem like evidence the first time through, but that doesn't mean it's not evidence.
I'd have liked to have seen the Megahead i.e. Megabolt in spaceship mode more. They only showed it in one episode 'Home Soil,' when he destroyed Botanica's ship.
Just as a side note @ 1:50 it shows Megatron's head on Inferno's body. Hasbro originally wanted the ant transformer to be Megatron's new body in season 1, but that didn't go through, but I think this hints at the original idea.
I still remember when I first saw Dragon Megatron. He looks badass and I'm thinking oh they're in for it now. Megs must have low self-esteem since he's always changing forms lol "Oh boy now I've seen everything" lol awesome video.
Wow can't believe I never noticed but the first form he has actually was reused for an Autobot in another series because when I stop to look at it real close his whole design screamed the design of one of the Autobots that reformatted mid-season in one of the seasons / series of of the Cybertron Trilogy I think it was
Zarkazm The control suit was over his already existing body, so you are correct. Due to the length of time he was in it, and the fact that it limited his mobility and actions, I counted it as a body.
@Zoras88 Its from a video called "Theft of the Golden Disk" and is a prequel to Beast Wars. It was featured at the 2007 Botcon. It has David Kaye's voice as well as a few others.
@Sylar03 Personally for the beast mode I like the Dragon Megatron, but for robot mode, I like Transmetal Megaton. After the episode "Other Visits" and "Code of Hero" It is apparent Megatron likes to utilize Transmetal and Vok technology, and puts preference towards that over the previous forms which had organics. "Oh really Dinobot, a stick? Against a Transmetal? I think not" It is still not a perfect explanation. Maybe Megatron says why he despises organics in Beast Machines?
Steel Silver but the thing is its that its a long fall down into the core of cybertron so he would have time to transform, but maybe theres a reason why he didn't transform and no I dont think its that megatron wants to bring optimus with him
You did 17 forms but missed the patchwork version of his dragon form when outside of his control thing in Beast Machines season 1 lol. Still cool compilation.
Great video, lol, but only one that was missed was the Dragon Megatron infected w/ his own virus when he fell outta the control suit! Man, I wish Beast Machines last longer and they didn't try running through it so fast like they did.
wait why didn't megatron just transform into a jet when he was falling into the pit. He can fly without a finger and his jet wings weren't going to be held back by the root things
I realized after I made the video, there was one more body, and you can see it at 6:05, he gets into Thrust's body, but I don't actually have that shown with his voice. So a total of 17.
My personal favorites: #5 Tankor Megatron; not very threatening, but at least he can smash things. #4 Darksyde Megatron; not the best vehicle-based Megatron, but at least he doesn't turn into a gun. #3 Transmetal II Dragon Megatron; his dragon mode is absolutely beautiful, but his robot mode is a little weird looking. #2 T-Rex Megatron; beautiful beast mode and a pretty cool robot mode. #1 Transmetal T-Rex Megatron; his beast mode is pretty cool-looking but his robot mode just looks wicked.
I think his "Mega-Fat-Floating-Head" body was referred to as the Grand Mal.
OptimusPrime PlaysMineCraft lol MEGATRON HAS A FAT HEAD
I'd have liked to have seen the Megahead i.e. Megabolt in spaceship mode more. They only showed it in one episode 'Home Soil,' when he destroyed Botanica's ship.

Megatron: "Give me YOUR face!"
7:53 SEE YOU IN HELL! MEGATRON!
Transmetal T-rex and Dragon form were my favorite Megatron forms!
Out of all the Megatrons in Transformers, Beast Wars Megatron is my favorite one with G1 Megatron/Gavatron being a close second!
I agree Beast Era Megatron was the BEST Megatron around.
Dan Baldwick Kaye as Megatron or Nimoy as Galvatron?
@@zeroattentiongaming820 Both are epic. I will always love BW Megs though.
Puny Megatron was the funniest. Stuck in a diagnostic drone's body. LOL
Just as a side note @ 1:50 it shows Megatron's head on Inferno's body. Hasbro originally wanted the ant transformer to be Megatron's new body in season 1, but that didn't go through, but I think this hints at the original idea.
Nice!
I still remember when I first saw Dragon Megatron. He looks badass and I'm thinking oh they're in for it now.
Megs must have low self-esteem since he's always changing forms lol
"Oh boy now I've seen everything" lol awesome video.
You know you forgot to add the Thrust "Zombie" Megatron and you have 18 bodies of Megatron.
Wow can't believe I never noticed but the first form he has actually was reused for an Autobot in another series because when I stop to look at it real close his whole design screamed the design of one of the Autobots that reformatted mid-season in one of the seasons / series of of the Cybertron Trilogy I think it was
Okay looked it up it was red alert in the third series has the exact same design or atleastly close enough that I can say it was a redesign
Was "Control Suit Megatron" technically a body? He was still his dragon body with the control interface on really.
Zarkazm The control suit was over his already existing body, so you are correct.
Due to the length of time he was in it, and the fact that it limited his mobility and actions, I counted it as a body.
Rick LeRoy hey man thanks for bringing back a part of my childhood. Beast Wars was the first Transformers show i ever saw. oh i miss these shows.
Actually he as a new form under the control suit so it still counts.
so anyone wonder what megatron would look like if he never got tossed into the lava?
Or what he'd have looked like if he'd used the Transmetal 2 Driver on himself?
@Zoras88 Its from a video called "Theft of the Golden Disk" and is a prequel to Beast Wars. It was featured at the 2007 Botcon. It has David Kaye's voice as well as a few others.
@Sylar03
Personally for the beast mode I like the Dragon Megatron, but for robot mode, I like Transmetal Megaton.
After the episode "Other Visits" and "Code of Hero" It is apparent Megatron likes to utilize Transmetal and Vok technology, and puts preference towards that over the previous forms which had organics.
"Oh really Dinobot, a stick? Against a Transmetal? I think not"
It is still not a perfect explanation. Maybe Megatron says why he despises organics in Beast Machines?
Dayum, those early animations😲
seems he forgot how to fly when he was falling
Carlo Barbos: or simply didn't have enough time to transform and decided to take Optimus with him
Carlo Barbosa so true
Steel Silver but the thing is its that its a long fall down into the core of cybertron so he would have time to transform, but maybe theres a reason why he didn't transform and no I dont think its that megatron wants to bring optimus with him
Maybe he was too heavy...
@@CayeDaws thats what i was gonna say
Wow, comprehensive list!
4:24 Demon Lord/King Fortinbras, is that you?
It is so appropriate that Megatron changes into a Tyrannosaurus.
6:02 SILENCE!
5:43
CONGRATULATIONS, your Megatron evolved into Metang!
4:06 Ohhh my God, that's the biggest head ever seen in TF or in my life XD
look up unicron's head.
much bigger. you may enjoy it too.
To each his own. Many people prefer this Megatron.
4:17 what the fuck, Optimus has boobs!
Beast machines Megatron was a comedy relief until the last episode
More than I remembered, you still counted too many, such as a BODILESS spark, or counting the fan-thing and the pre-T-Rex as separate.
Megatron: SILENCE!!
2:23 My scream with red lights.
You did 17 forms but missed the patchwork version of his dragon form when outside of his control thing in Beast Machines season 1 lol. Still cool compilation.
Here's when Red spit fire at Green at 2:48.
Red = Megatron
Green = Tarantulas
Agh. I can not handle the nostalgia

0:44 my thoughts on my comeback to RUclips
My Favorite: Dragon Megatron.
Reasons: Here's a Red Dragon.
Great video 👍, I had the Megatron dragon toy and I'd say it was the most badass version of him of in any series...in my opinion.
2:14
OH YES!! I CAN!!!
Great video, lol, but only one that was missed was the Dragon Megatron infected w/ his own virus when he fell outta the control suit! Man, I wish Beast Machines last longer and they didn't try running through it so fast like they did.
0:51 help
Ah, so that explains that scene, at first I thought they did that to be funny, but now I know that they were making a reference to idea they had.
wait why didn't megatron just transform into a jet when he was falling into the pit. He can fly without a finger and his jet wings weren't going to be held back by the root things
Adi Wadi cuz the writers got lazy
@Slimine S7 maybe those vines kept him turning into jet mode and he forgot he can fly in robot mode, considering he only recently had that body
@Slimine S7 Was he in robot mode? I don't know because I didn't actually see it
Anyway he's still knew to this form
I’m sure control suit Megatron is the basic equivalent of TM2 Megatron wearing a coat
I never realized until now that he went through so many bodies.
That's only 16 bodies, where's the 17th?
either reformatted with optimus as part of the cybertron planet itselft or returned to the matrix
crocodile megatron
I would've said Zombie Thrust Megatron, when it fought Rattrap and Botanica.
I realized after I made the video, there was one more body, and you can see it at 6:05, he gets into Thrust's body, but I don't actually have that shown with his voice. So a total of 17.
Rick LeRoy Do you think his bodies in the beast wars comics could count as bodies 18 and 19?
@ninjarmy
You are correct, Darksyde (Pre-Beastwars) Megatron is a Botcon repaint of Red Alert from Cybertron Defense.
Where can I find the *Theft of the Golden Disc* short?
It's on youtube if you search it.
hanshotfirst1138
I love "Puney" Megatron form XDXD
I love the 1st body and Red Dragon body is the Best!!!
Đường Liên Tâm ur cute
The Darksyde body reminds me of the Unicron Trilogy
This came out before then?
My personal favorites:
#5 Tankor Megatron; not very threatening, but at least he can smash things.
I also think Robots in Disguise Megatron (2001) deserves an honorable mention.
ROBOTS IN DISGUISE MEGATRON CAN'T HERE YOU OVER HIS SCREAMING!
Yeah, I liked him too, though god did he need anger management.
