    Good video. Interesting content.
    I had to look up what 140 lbs is in kg.
    It might be worth mentioning height in combination with weight because 63 kg is not overweight for a pretty average woman. It could be underweight if you're tall.

      Yes although the whole weight thing is so arbitrary. I have lean friends who register as obese when they use BMI to assess them.
