The McGregor Classic Fuzz is excellent on bass. You don't lose the bottom, and you can tame it enough to use it to sit in mix without standing out as an extreme effect. Of course it also gets as fuzzy as you want.
Finally someone adds the carcosa. Thing is, that unit has so many different sounds it takes a whole video just for it. It can get so sputtery, so dirty, yet clean up, this is def a gem that fell through the cracks IMO. Just glad I got mine for $45 brand new 5 years ago 😁
You'd probably love the Octa PSI. It's a Muff clone with three voicings and a digital pitch shifter. One voice boosts the mids. Another voice boosts the mids and has more treble. The third voice is a scooped Muff.
You can make fender amps sag with the right settings like High Attack and a fuzz pedal, the Sag effect was designed around it, and Kevin Shields put a sag effect on his Shields Fender Blender. I think having a sag switch that effects the power supply might not produce the same effect as actually overpowering the amp naturally, but still a cool effect.
All you did was give the names of fuzz pedals as if these were the only few fuzz pedals available; tell me what the different *"flavors"* of fuzz are, and EXACTLY in what way each is different from the others.
Honestly, you're better off learning the 4 or 5 vintage circuits that every fuzz is based on. So then you just have to play 1 of each type to know a ballpark tonal quality and feel under the hands. Then any fuzz that you want to know about after that you can just relate back to that knowledge/experience.
None of these sound like Fuzz. I have a Manny's Fuzz (the poor man's fuzz from the '60s), the Maestro FFFUUUZZZ (da da dada dah da da da), and the best you can get today the Aclam 'The Mocker' (all the real fuzz tones and completely adjustable for REAL FUZZ SOUND.

Love my McGregor Classic Fuzz! Fills the gear gap I had.
McGregor Classic Fuzz is killer. I own one and it has a huge sound.
LOVE me some LOVEPEDAL fuzz.
Sean KNOWS his fuzz.

I keep buying Fuzz pedals, to rival my EHX Bg Muff Wicker. No takers yet.
@confrex4256 Hyperion is a Beast, Yes. I'd love to try Any SoF pedal.

For fuzz sake.
Ahhhh fuzzz
Love fuzz, I can never just settle on one though.

Carcossa is king!!!
Suhr Rufus is a great massive sounding fuzz.
Green Muff Russian Reissue . Great Boost or Fuzz : Cheap built well and warm in any Tube Amp . Have owned in 57 years most Muffs !
I love the flavor of fuzz, but my doctor said I should stop licking the pedals. The store manager told me the same thing, but for different reasons.
Where is Beetronics??
How many fuzz pedals are enough?
With an Octave Fuzz you're always hoping that it does the Hendrix Octavio thing. Spoiler Alert: Lizard King doesn't.

Too much talk about knobs, not much talk on tonal differences.

Too shallow video. Just snipets of sound samples. You could do better.
