I mean, not fixed results but fixed points. There’re two ways how you could count televoting points (jury too, by the way). You either count it in proportion to the number of votes (which is more fair, of course) or just give fixed points considering only the order of songs in voting and forgetting about which number of votes they got. Example: you have song 1 with 75% votes, song 2 with 20% and song 3 with 5%. The sum of points you are gonna divide between them is 100. So, by the first system the points will be 75 to song 1, 20 to song 2 and 5 to song 3. But if you use the second system, you could divide 100 points on, for example, 40, 35 and 25 and just give them to songs 1,2,3 in that order, completely forgetting about their percentages of votes.
