Thank you so much for making more!! I’m an EVS at a hospital (it’s a fancy name for a custodian, for those that don’t know) and when I’m on a break or cleaning rooms I enjoy watching your videos! Like I said, you’re the Bob Ross of suturing! So thank you again and please keep them coming!
hi! this is actually a common issue! the best solution in my experience is a simple paralytic :) please do note, though, that sedation and anesthesia may not be necessary- just the paralytic will do! -a fellow hobbyist surgeon :)
Hey I’m a student midwife in my third year so these videos are great, I really struggle with suturing as I’m left handed is it possible for you to upload a left handed version please?🙏🏼🙏🏼
Ngl im gonna use this for sewing cloth. I never remember how you do the end stitch i was taught and i know ive seen one of those plier things in my house...
Well, first you go to medical school. Then maybe in your 3rd year they'll let you practice instrument ties on a piece of chicken. When you start your residency you'll get a chance to learn some more advanced techniques.
@@davidgillies620ooorrrr you let them learn how to do a basic version of this. My friend had to get field sutures on a backpacking trip when he slashed upen his leg 2 days from civilization. He's fine now and there is just a faint scar. Learning something like this as a non doctor is very useful.
I was tought by a veterinary when i was a vet tech student to leave some slack. He said swelling would occur and leaving a little slack would help keep thw stitch from popping. What do you think?
Does anyone else have any adverse reactions to the new suture material since they changed? Anyone know why and what they changed it to that causes an allergic response?
Man I learned like 3 or 4 different stitches and knots from you man
Where are your gloves?
@@harrybrady2628 haha right here
That looks so easy without blood coming out everywhere and the patient moving around and yelling.
Marvelous content! I learned this knot 70 years ago, watching Dad spay animals.

It was satisfying watching me getting stitched up as a kid. It still does for me now. I need to try these
My aunt taught me a lock stitch then three tie knots never forgot and use it to this day 🙂. Thanks for sharing.
my father recently had to get his hand sutured, the anesthesia failed and he felt EVERYTHING

Great job!! Have had to suture myself a few times out in no man’s land.
Nursing student here. I will not be allowed to do this as a nurse, but still interesting to learn.
Your patient should really get that mole looked at
That mole is a bit much lol
Very helpful good job

It might fold the cloth. This works because of the thickness of the skin.
But by all means, please try it! Might work really well👍
Forceps
I got taught 2 forward 2 back, 1 forward.
Awesome baby I want to go out🎉
The most important thing is to take a double loop in the beginning to prevent loosen it up after doing the second knot
Great work
yeh its so easy i want do it soon and before that i need practice well 😂😂😂
Hi
Make a video about suture materials
Types of suture materials - used for which areas
I’m ready for offgrid shit 🤣✌️❤️🇦🇺
Would you mind telling which knots would be used for what type of cut? Or does it not matter
😂

Is this a basic stichting method for emergencies for people with no experience at all? Asking in case an emergency accures when hiking or something
What kind of suture pad do you use? Where do i get one?
Bruh... That skin mole is ghastly 😨😆
From where can I buy these stuff?
What is name of the scissors used to cut the thread
Does anyone else have any adverse reactions to the new suture material since they changed?
